For years, we knew we wanted DJ Vandan and MC Neil to be at our wedding. Neil MC'd my sweet 16 and since that day, I knew there was no better choice for my wedding. Throughout the entire planning process and the day of, they gave us exactly what we wanted. There was no back and forth or push back from the team about our ideas at all. We had so much trust that we pretty much handed them the keys to do whatever they wanted in terms of entertainment/lighting and we were NOT disappointed. Our guests continue to rave about the MC and DJ combo, especially about DJ Vandan's song choices, playing a mix of Bollywood, hip hop, as well as classics to make sure all of our friends and family were on the dance floor and having a good time. Neil kept the crowd LIT the ENTIRE NIGHT until the absolute last song. Even though there were issues with our venue, the team figured things out without us even knowing that there were any issues. M4U had made the ballroom look incredible, whether it was the amazing vinyl wrap, the lighting throughout our reception, or the large video wall around the DJ booth, they knocked it out of the park. DJ Ronak and MC Aakash also did an awesome job with our Garba/Sangeet, there were a few last minute surprises that were thrown at them and they handled everything calmly and professionally. The lighting at the Garba/Sangeet during the surprise performances made the whole experience so much more climactic and exciting. There was a verbal agreement that a proposal package would be sent. We did not hear from Brian for some time and decided to follow up with the company. Brian e-mailed us back and told us the date of our wedding was no longer available. When we called Brian to clarify the situation, he had no recollection of the phone call despite the e-mail confirmations we had of the appointment. So, he decided to use this service again on past Valentine 's Day ( Feb 2020). He paid 80$ for flowers n 80$ for shipping. But this time we had such an Awful experience. First of all, flowers did not arrive when it supposed to. My husband was told it would arrive at my location on date of Valentine's Day. But delivery happened at different address which was a different condominium across from where we live. There was no one home so the lady who lives there Came next day to drop the flowers to us. Upon receiving the flower from unknown neighbor I open the package, flowers were still in the plastic seal and nicely wrapped. But the moment I removed the sleeves all the petals which had messages on them and our pictures fell off. It was quite disappointing to see this. But I do understand things happens and therefore I went ahead and call the owner of the business. After a couple of phone calls finally he picked up my call, he never return my call at first Place but after trying couple of times he picked up. He listen to all I had to say regarding the wrong shipping address and also about flowers being damaged upon arrival. He asked me to text all the details and he will follow up with UPS and he will call me back. I sent him a long text with all the details, of course he never acknowledged the text nor he called back or nothing after that happened. My husband tried to reach him out couple of times, he picked up once and said he would call back since he's in the meeting. Since that day till today he has not called back. I clearly indicated to him that I'm not happy with the service and just because flowers got delivered at the wrong address least I could expect is refund in my shipping fees. As a good business policy any good owner would compensate one way or the other. Either by acknowledging and admitting that this happened or offering some discount for next time or by refunding full or partial. Fact, neither he returned our call or acknowledged a text nor he offer any refund or did not show any concern about where things went wrong that really made us feel awful. Usually we like to put nice reviews for small businesses since we are in favor of all small businesses and giving them business makes us feel happy. He was very communicative--even with the 13 hour time difference, I was able to coordinate with him easily. I had my husband be taken out of the house three hours before the party to set up... the balloon arch was delivered right on time. The photographer showed up half an hour earlier than the party. The magician I wanted to hire was booked somewhere else and I only found out a few days before, but the balloon sculpture artist Mark recommended instead was an absolute hit with the kids as well as the adults, which was a pleasant surprise. He made my husband the most outrageous birthday hat. Right when he was supposed to be done, one of the kids tripped and popped his balloons and got upset, and he stayed longer to make him (and a few other stragglers) more balloons. Truly kind. The photographer David was also really so helpful, friendly, and on it! He came early and helped with some of the set up... he was attentive and also very nice to talk to. Very natural (sometimes it's awkward when a photographer's in your face taking pictures but it wasn't awkward at all). We got a USB full of pictures right after the party!
