Then I had to do an emergency move from a Hinsdale rental home due to severe water damage and a ceiling about to collapse. Lynn helped me come up with a game plan and conducted a moving sale with short notice. I was very lucky to be taken on as a client as she's normally very booked but the pandemic may have provided an opening. Lynn and her staff are extremely efficient and set up your household items like a high-end boutique and showcase them very well. Lynn worked hard to continue selling items on social media even after the moving sale which brought in top dollars ultimately for me. I appreciated having a contract and a timeline of events in terms of when Lynn and her staff needed to get in to prepare the home, the moving sale, incredible clean up by Lynn and her crew, and the Salvation Army pick up of final items. Then Lynn and her crew even took things over to a children's cancer ward at the Downers Grove hospital.
