Crose Nest made GORGEOUS spice blend vials for the favors at my wedding. We chose Black Lava Salt and a golden Mesquite seasoning, and Kinsey (the lovely owner of Crose Nest) layered them in glass vials, creating beautiful landscapes. You can choose from SO many spices, or create teas, bath blends, etc - so many options for cooking, drinking, and pampering! Kinsey put each vial in a beautiful linen drawstring bag, and hand-stamped our custom wedding stamp on the front of each one. Our guests were delighted by these favors. I can't recommend this service from Crose Nest enough!

I want everyone to know that this place is awful…read more I went in and spoke to Lisa directly and told her what we wanted ( it was for the funeral of my husbands closest friend) We requested for extra blue flowers in the arrangement as well as a blue ribbon that said "friend" and Lisa assured us it would be done, but it was not. Not only did we not receive the arrangement we picked out, there was no friend ribbon and the water was dirty, which was very embarrassing for us. I think it was an arrangement that has been sitting for awhile and Lisa was looking to get rid of it and didn't want to take the time to make what we requested and paid for. I called and asked what happened and Lisa went to great lengths to blame either the funeral parlor and/or her driver. She even sent us pictures of the arrangement she made, which was not what we received. Lisa didn't apologize and didn't offer anything to try to make it right, in fact she got extremely defensive. It was clear that Lisa couldn't care less about her arrangements or her customer service. I will never support Lisas business again and I will make sure everyone know about this. I wish I had taken pictures but it was a funeral and would have been poor taste.

We actually did change the water, but we didn't recut the stems...maybe that's the secret. It certainly brightened our spirits and so 4 stars it is!! We also received two large potted plants from this florist as well and they were quite hardy....
