I had an arrangement delivered for a funeral and I do not feel like they received what I ordered. I specifically selected this arrangement, as it included hydrangeas and lilies, neither of which appear to be included in what was delivered. In addition, I paid for the Premium version (~$100) of the arrangement and I don't feel that what was delivered reflects that. I understand the need to occasionally substitute flowers, but I just feel like the arrangement looks droopy and wilted and not appropriate for a funeral. To be fair, I reached out to Aunt Tilly's via email and gave them the chance to make it right prior to writing this review. I never received a response. At this point, the funeral has passed, so nothing can be done. I just wanted others to be aware that you may not get what you pay for. read more

My children ordered a large bouquet for my birthday. A couple of things I have experienced. 1. This is not a large bouquet; it is medium. I order flowers for myself quite often and this bouquet is a standard medium quantity. 2. The roses are completely open and wilting upon delivery. At this rate, they will last a couple of days. 3. In comparison to the other pictures on the Aunt Tilly's website, my flowers do not have vibrant colors and do not fill the bouquet. There are a lot of open spaces, the vase is too small for a large bouquet, and the flowers are old. I'm quite disappointed with this arrangement. I know my son is disappointed and embarrassed by this arrangement as he commented that he ordered a large bouquet and this didn't meet his expectations and that the flowers looked like they are dying.
