Horrible place to be a Vendor for. We had a good relationship for years and then one day they just moved in my competition right next to me without talking to me first. It's a super small shop and small town. They keep horrible track of inventory, I did it all for them, I had to get together my own check information, their back room is always super messy, and they disrespected me on another level I've never been disrespected. One of the lady's that took our order was really rude to my kids when they ordered. When I went into pick up the corsage I could sense the lady is pissed that Dallas high school planned prom on the weekend of Mother's Day. This is not our fault. Maybe this lady should call Dallas high school and let them know that it gives her too much business. The corsage is not worth $40 bucks. The lady apologized and she sounded reluctant to say sorry. "Shame on Me" The First time I ordered Flower's for my wife from this Florist was 03/17/2018 and the were old and cut short. For Valentine's Day I wanted to order her Flowers and sent her a nice bouquet with vase. She told me tonight she had to return them because they were old and died after 2 days. The Florist instead of apologizing stated "This is the First time anyone has complained". I just know that for the second year in a row the flowers I tried to send to my wife were not up to standard. I have never visited the shop, all I know is that I ordered On0Line and this is what I got from them. I guess in the future I will either order elsewhere or go in person, so I can see what they selling me before I pay for a Delivery Fee and Handling Fee. read more

I adore shops like this one! I am very thoughtful about the cards I select for family and friends. Petals and Vines is the perfect place. They have a large collection of cards - both local and otherwise - that are unique and not always offered at other places. They also have a number of nice gifts as well as a beautiful floral selection. The gal helping me was so sweet. She put together a bouquet using the flowers I selected and even created a cute bow out of the tissue when wrapping. Service was wonderful. read more

I am in California and I called in an order for my parents wedding anniversary. I got the owner on the phone and she was very nice and she couldn't have been more helpful since I needed the flowers the next day, which was a Sunday. They are not open Sunday. Ordered some flowers from petals and vines for my mom's birthday a couple of weeks ago. I had to get the flowers delivered because I live in San Francisco. I put the order in 3 days in advance for delivery on April 12th. I woke up on April 11th and realized that my mom's birthday was actually that day (april 11th). I called Petals and Vines right away with fingers crossed to see if they could deliver the flowers a day earlier, even though half the work day was already over. They said it was no problem and that they would send them out asap. The beautiful flowers made it to my mom's house on time and everything was perfect. read more

I ordered a nice arrangement for my Wife for Valentines Day 2018, the flowers arrived, but a week later my wife told me that when they arrived they were Old and wilted, the Roses themselves had been cut down several times and showed spots on them. A fellow employee who used to work at a Florist in Portland said these were leftovers and should not have been used. My Wife called the Florist and sent pictures and within an hour a new set of Roses arrived. When she first told me I was OUTRAGED that my beautiful Wife got hand me downs and left overs, but they did send out a new set, but for their mistake I should have credited my entire bill. If I were the owner I would have after all good will is better than Roses. I would encourage the owners to open a dialog to settle the matter. read more
