He is a medium long hair cat that can be cranky, uncooperative and does not like to be brushed. This is probably a lot to do with the fact that his coat is very think and tends to get tangled. Gamma loves it after he has this treatment though. He seems to gain energy from getting rid of all that think fur. While we have a home in Grand Blanc, we travel a lot and have used different cat groomers around this U.S. with varying results. Some people have really struggled with him, others have managed him well. Michelle at Ruffly was awesome. She was able to handle Gamma keep him calm and actually had a good time with him. When I picked him up, Gamma was not stressed, and his cut was just about perfect. She clipped his nails, bathed and trimmed his hair. None of these things will he typically tolerate without a major struggle. On top of that, her rate was very reasonable. Michelle is now our favorite cat groomer.

Since I'd never done this before I was hesitant to trust my little friend to strangers. My pup passed her meet-and-greet with flying colors, and it eased a good measure of my discomfort. After having boarded her several times now, were BOTH happy with their staff and services. I never worry about her while she's there, and I often forget to even check in on her (except when my grandkids ask if we can see her!). Now when I pack her things, she knows where she's going, and it's not uncommon for her to be too excited to eat or drink, and even if I'm not ready to leave she'll get in the car and won't get out. We're both happy we found Four Paws Hotel and Day Resort! (I referred my sister to them, and now her dog is a regular when she leaves town as well.)

I don't know her name but she has been there some time now and wears glasses and looks miserable to be there. highly dissatisfied in her customer service. if you want happy customers you should put the people happy to work there up front. when aubrey is working she greets me right away with a smile, knows exactly what I'm here for and has my dogs meds ready for me within 60 seconds of me walking in. those other girls that work that front desk are rude, pretend they don't see you and should be retrained on customer service. Dr Kenny and his nurses are great, my advice to new people trying this place is when you call or stop in just ask for Aubrey and your experience will be wonderful
