Sadly, this location has gone way downhill. Went to the mall yesterday, around 20 minutes before closing time, and was shocked on what was found. The mall is open now till 8pm during the week, and 9pm on Friday/Saturdays. Arrived at the counter around 740 pm, and there were no pretzels, everything was cleaned for the evening, and saw an employee chilling sitting down in the back. Horrible experience, that employees these days just close up a place before closing time. Worst part was that employee, didnt even move from the back, and there was no sign posted alerting customers they were closing early. If you really want Auntie Annes pretzels go during the day, or just avoid at all costs. Ended up at their competitor who had fresh pretzels and employees working. read more

No pretzel is better than Auntie Anne's soft buttery pretzel! I enjoy mine without salt. The nuggets are good too. I dip mine in the cheese sauce. I wish I could say more about their other products, such as their pretzel dogs or pepperoni pretzel... but I always order the same thing when I come here (it's just so yummy!). Strangely, they no longer carry sweet iced tea here (even though it's on the menu); the lemonade is good though. I do find the prices a little high, but that's where the app comes in! Download the app and you will find coupons (for example, I used one for buy any drink and get a free pretzel today; and then, for placing my first order with the app, I earned another free pretzel!). Had an ok experience here yesterday. The cashier was courteous and it was reassuring to see the safety measures in place. My only criticism is that I only wanted a small order of the pretzel bites, but they "only had large available". This is because they pre-fill cups. I don't understand why they couldn't have simply poured a large cup into a smaller one and charge me for a small. I hope this isn't an intentional practice to force up-selling of products. read more

I use to come to this place all the time. But then they had to stop making the glazin raisin pretzel. (I loved that pretzel) I do like getting the cinnamon sugar pretzel, and their original is still very good. The best thing about the Auntie Annie's pretzels are, they are so soft and chewy. I tend to always get the pepperoni pretzel when I come here, but today they were out so I was able to get out of my comfort zone. I ordered myself a cup of pretzel nuggets with a side of cheese dip because cheese!. It was pretty shocking that it cost almost $9 for those two items but they were still delicious. Fresh, warm, buttery, salty doughy nuggets of goodness. Now I'm not sure if they will beat out the pizza pretzel when available but it will be a close one. read more

One of my family favorites was the glazin raisin pretzel, sadly that one is no longer available. The prices are high here, so i strongly suggest checking your weekly sales ad. Auntie Anne held their anniversary party at all of their stands across America. A patron was allowed one plain or cinnamon-sugar pretzel, gratis. I have enjoyed Auntie Anne's pretzels many times in the past and so made an effort to get to one on Saturday, March 3rd between 10 and 2 to get a cinnamon-sugar pretzel. Because of the anticipated crowds, more sugared pretzels were lined up in the "stay warm" box. My pretzel, while still very good, was slightly toughed than the ones I've enjoyed in the past. I was traveling across the country with three hungry kids and one very hungry husband. What makes a better in-between meal snack then a warm pretzel? I happily purchased four pretzels and a giant lemonade- they each got their own so, there should be limited fighting! We were pulling back onto the highway when my kids complained that the pretzels didn't taste good. My response was an unsympathetic,"I'm sure its fine, just eat it!" More complaining and fighting over the lemonade ensued. The bag a pretzels got passed up to the front seat as my kids know that dad finishes their food. My husband confirmed, "These don't taste right, taste it."- well of course I had to have a bite, for sure something was not right. They were bitter! Yup, warm, soft, buttery, and bitter! As a small business owner, I would not want my customers walking away unhappy. I thought someone should know, and I didn't have much else to do for the next 6 hours. I called the store number, left a message and the actual owner called me back. He was very appreciative of my call. He asked it he could call me right back because he wanted to call his store immediately - he knew exactly what was wrong- and have his staff fix the solution they dip the pretzels into. Apparently, someone got the ratios wrong. He came up with a plan to make things right with our four bitter pretzels (as we were not turning the car around for new pretzels). This review is not about Aunt Annie's- the product is all mostly the same wherever you go. This is about a small business owner (yes, it is a franchise but, it is someones's business) who showed that he really cared that his customers had a good experience even if they were not going to be returning to his store is a very long time. I love to have an Aunt Annie's pretzel with salt. They are warm, soft, fresh baked in the delicious. My favorite part of coming to the mall. I have to say they're a little pricey but worth it in my opinion. You should try one they are in the mall second floor near Macy's. I haven't gotten a soft pretzel in years, but was walking by at the mall and thought hey, why not. Well, I'll tell you why now. I stood in line for 10 minutes, finally got up there, only to be told by the (bored looking) employee that they were out of pretzels. What? Your entire store is SELLING PRETZELS!
