I had a really disappointing experience at this Auntie Anne's location. I showed up about 40 minutes before closing, and they had already stopped making anything fresh. When I tried to place an order, they told me I could only choose from the two stale pretzels sitting in the window--no fresh options, no flexibility, just a flat-out refusal to take my order unless it was one of those. Completely cutting off fresh food that early is unacceptable--especially at a place known for making things fresh. Don't recommend. read more

I really wish I was writing a better review, but sadly this location is on the downhill. On multiple locations people have been turned away due to "no more pretzels" even though the service case is full. Even though there's still plenty of time to make more (2+ hours before closing) and even more help to assist in the matter. I've stopped in recently around 5pm and there is "no more pretzels" to be sold. How can Auntie Anne's be open without having the one item they sell? Not only that but the line is always incredibly long here and workers take their sweet time. No one is ever kind. No one looks like they want to actually work here. After a stroll around the mall, I was really craving a pretzel after smelling how delicious they smelled. I was set on a pretzel dog but I didn't see any ready so I got a pepperoni pretzel instead. Very fresh and delicious. No need for any dipping sauce or mustard. Great flavoring. Desiree was fast and friendly. She gave me a sheet of coupons to use in the next month and if I completed the survey, I got a free pretzel. Don't forget to use Auntie Anne's Pretzel rewards. read more

The wait line is not that long but they always take what it feels like 40 minuets to an hour just to serve one customer at a time. They NEVER have the mini dogs and if you do order, they tell you to wait 45mins???? WTF?! Who is going to wait 45minuets?? Are you guys not a fast food restaurant?? Any restaurant that doesn't have their food prepared, shouldn't be open to the public!! This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. I only put a star so this post/review can be seen by everyone who doesn't want to have a bad experience at this location. If you like Auntie Anne's mini dogs, like me, this place (inside Macomb mall) will be a huge disappointment. read more

They wouldn't give me a drink carrier because they are reserved for door dash only. I was forced to walk away with a bag of food in one hand and my drinks stacked on top of each other in the other. With two pretzel locations in this mall, I will gladly stop going to this location and take my business to The Pretzel Peddler. read more

I visited your Roseville Michigan store today June 20 at 1:33 PM. I ordered mini pretzel dogs the 10 count and what they gave me was burnt I went back to the counter and asked them if could get me new ones. They told me yes that it would be 15 minutes that was at 1:42 PM. At 2:02 PM I returned back and they told me that it would be another 10 minutes I asked him if I could just please have a refund because we needed to go and the lady in the back was saying something to the lady at the register, and the lady at the register said I told her 15 minutes and I politely said ma'am it's been 20 minutes since you told me that May I please have a refund and she said no. She said I do not give refunds on my shift and I said I have been here over 30 minutes now and we need to go can I please have a refund. The woman called me a liar so I got my phone out and started videoing. I asked her politely several times to please refund my money and please stop talking to me the way that she did another customer came up as you can see in the video and she made fun of me saying that they were there both for me and it had only been a few minutes a and my receipt clearly says that I was there at 1:33. She called me a liar and you can hear that on the tape all I wanted was my money back I ended up having to get security to get me the information for corporate which I've called and left the number but no one has returned my call.
