They assured me they would make her better, they had done this before, she was going to be fine - with an actual hug and hand squeeze to confirm they got this! Moreover, they were completely transparent with the cost estimates (which ended up being less than what they quoted!). The exceptional customer service is paramount here! They called every day after the surgery to check on my little one (is she eating, is she going to the bathroom, how is she acting?) How wonderful!
