We thought all was well, the owner John Quinn assured us the dog would be removed permanently, but that wasn't true. My girl experienced trauma from the attack and I didn't want a reoccurrence so we had to withdraw her from attending. We just recently tried to take her to another facility, but unbeknownst to us she was removed from the system. Now the process has to start from scratch because the facility manager at Plainfield will not communicate with another facility to validate my girl. I don't want to speak ill of the situation, but my rating speaks for itself. My girl deserved better!

You think you're getting this clean environment, friendly staff and well taken care of dog but what you don't know is they don't let them out the 3 times a day that they say let alone have someone pet them and give them attention... who knows if she even got food and water like said. If you want the short version, I picked up my dog and a day later she came down with a UTI from having to hold it for so long because shes HOUSE BROKE and not one to just take a leak in the kennel. The vet found blood and extra protein in her pee sample. She was peeing on herself today and shaking and that's what finally made me take her to the vet but the other two days prior she was vomiting and super lethargic and barely left her one spot. I thought she just brought home a stomach bug from the pet resort which very well could have been but also turns out she had a severe UTI as well. ALSO..... they don't answer their damn phone so that goes to show that nobody is even there! The poor dogs sit in this "garage" all day long and do nothing other than be caged. I was just gonna talk to the owner and settle all of this but now as i get to be out $325, she gets bad reviews Bella suffered for 4 long days at the kennel and now probably another week while she gets over this UTI.

Mary the owner is great, she send us updates & the cutest photos of our boys having fun in the snow via email - it really put us at ease knowing they too were having fun! When my husband picked the boys up they were happy to see him, but I think they might have wanted to stay longer. The Kennel is located across the driveway from the owners home, which made us feel more secure. A lot of facilities lock the doors at night and go home - which is not near by. We brought our own toys, blanket & food as not to change their diet. Springbrook provided snacks, companionship, exercise & gave any medications that we provided/required. We will definitely be using Springbrook Kennels again!

I toured Sherri's place a few years ago and have been bringing my pup here for at least 5 years. Their staff and Sherri and her husband are really great dog people.
