You think you're getting this clean environment, friendly staff and well taken care of dog but what you don't know is they don't let them out the 3 times a day that they say let alone have someone pet them and give them attention... who knows if she even got food and water like said. If you want the short version, I picked up my dog and a day later she came down with a UTI from having to hold it for so long because shes HOUSE BROKE and not one to just take a leak in the kennel. The vet found blood and extra protein in her pee sample. She was peeing on herself today and shaking and that's what finally made me take her to the vet but the other two days prior she was vomiting and super lethargic and barely left her one spot. I thought she just brought home a stomach bug from the pet resort which very well could have been but also turns out she had a severe UTI as well. ALSO..... they don't answer their damn phone so that goes to show that nobody is even there! The poor dogs sit in this "garage" all day long and do nothing other than be caged. I was just gonna talk to the owner and settle all of this but now as i get to be out $325, she gets bad reviews Bella suffered for 4 long days at the kennel and now probably another week while she gets over this UTI.

Utterly disappointing We became members 4/2024. 2:2026 my…read moredog was attacked by Jake the pitbull male who tried to hump her. He almost ripped her ear off if she had not reacted. We thought all was well, the owner John Quinn assured us the dog would be removed permanently, but that wasn't true. My girl experienced trauma from the attack and I didn't want a reoccurrence so we had to withdraw her from attending. We just recently tried to take her to another facility, but unbeknownst to us she was removed from the system. Now the process has to start from scratch because the facility manager at Plainfield will not communicate with another facility to validate my girl. I don't want to speak ill of the situation, but my rating speaks for itself. My girl deserved better!

We have tried many other kennels & all leave our dogs in filth as I have picked them up covered in urine/feces only having to take them home & put them straight into a bath. It's not like that here. As much as I missed them, I was thrilled to know they were in good hands while we were gone.

Stella is new to boarding and still learning how to socialize, so this was a huge adjustment for her. Despite her tiny Bichon Shih Tzu stature, she definitely put up quite a fight! The staff was incredibly patient and did their best to make her feel comfortable. One staff member even went to the store to get some of Stella's favorite fruit, which meant a lot to me. If your dog is already comfortable with boarding and other dogs, I think this is a great facility. I loved that there were cameras, and all the other dogs seemed to be enjoying themselves. Stella just wasn't ready for that experience, so I don't think multi night boarding is the right fit for her. Though, I would consider doing daycare for her at this facility! My only feedback is that she came home smelling strongly of urine and the kennel, and her coat was heavily matted after four nights. I was told baths need to be scheduled in advance, so that's something to keep in mind if your dog has a long stay. Overall, I'm grateful for the patience and kindness the staff showed Stella. Thank you for taking care of my girl!

Claudia is the only pet sitter I have hired since the first time she looked after my fur babies…read morelast year. I have 3 cats, 2 of whom are older and require special food and daily medications. It often requires a lot of time and effort to get them to eat enough but Claudia manages it with no apparent trouble. She's the only pet sitter with whom my cats don't lose weight while I'm gone. Recently, my husband and I were away for nearly a month and Claudia took excellent care of my boys. One of them was having health issues and Claudia noticed a change in his behavior and immediately notified me so I could touch base with his vet about it. She ended up taking him to multiple vet appointments while we were gone and had to give him several different medications, even noticing a side effect of one of the medications. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Any concerns about my dog should have been brought up to me, yet you took the money and kept quiet. Unfortunately for you, cameras exist. If you paid me back for work you hadn't done, there wouldn't be a judgment against you for hundreds of dollars. You're lucky I didn't ask for all of it back. BE CAREFUL! Walked our dog around the block, back in her car and on her way in 10 minutes - 26$ per visit for months before I noticed. Constant cancellations/excuses, always came in during 2 hour block specifically asked not to come to not wake up baby, poor communication. After being fired - took a week to return keys and would not refund money for prepaid cat care weeks in advance or work days missed. Still waiting for payment after small claims court. Complains about lack of clients and people being tight with their wallets. Absolute liar and thief.

She has proven time and again that she is aware of not only the pups' issues but informs me promptly of home or property issues that might be happening while I am away. She has also cared for my pups while we're on vacation and I have total peace of mind that if anything happened while we're gone, she would contact me and act in the best interest of my pups. My dogs are often more excited to see her than me. I can't imagine anyone else that I would trust more in my home or with my pups.
