Scheduling & Reliability: He canceled on me at the last minute despite our having scheduled a full week in advance. Timeline: Our written contract clearly stated the backsplash installation would be completed in one day. Instead, it dragged on for six days. Professionalism: On the fifth day--when the work should have been finished--he fell asleep in his car while the job remained incomplete. Electrical Issues: After the installation, three of my outlets no longer work. It appears something was mishandled when the outlet covers were removed or reinstalled. Workmanship: The quality of the tile work is poor (see attached photo for reference). Communication: He became nearly impossible to reach throughout the project. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Main Line Home Solutions (Richie). If you choose to hire him, be aware of the serious risk of delays, subpar workmanship, and lack of communication.

I also think they specifically list that they don't do electrical so that's on you, Ken. Keep making the main line beautiful, MLHS!
