I am a pretty avid believer that you should throw your trash away and treat others with dignity and respect. The actions of the driver reflect poorly on the company, and the actions (or non-actions) of the company show that they could care less about their city, their streets, and their patrons. I'm sure in an economical battle field where companies like Uber and Lyft make it more difficult for taxi and limo services to prosper, actions like these support people like me to look elsewhere for services when I am in the Chicago area. While I personally haven't used their service, their actions do not represent the values that I hold dearly. Our streets, cities, states, and country are not a garbage can for you to dispose your trash in. I hope this company rectifies the situation at hand, but until then, I will stand strongly by this honest review.
