My father was driving in the Chicago area when a driver of Flag Limo Inc threw his trash out of the window. My father gave a honk to which the driver responded by flipping him off. My father contacted the company which then completely blew him off. I will also try to attach the photo regarding the situation. I am a pretty avid believer that you should throw your trash away and treat others with dignity and respect. The actions of the driver reflect poorly on the company, and the actions (or non-actions) of the company show that they could care less about their city, their streets, and their patrons. I'm sure in an economical battle field where companies like Uber and Lyft make it more difficult for taxi and limo services to prosper, actions like these support people like me to look elsewhere for services when I am in the Chicago area. While I personally haven't used their service, their actions do not represent the values that I hold dearly. Our streets, cities, states, and country are not a garbage can for you to dispose your trash in. I hope this company rectifies the situation at hand, but until then, I will stand strongly by this honest review. I hope that others considering using their services take a second to look elsewhere, as there are many local and honest options to consider for your traveling needs. read more

I take them to and from Oak Brook. Make sure you negotiate because rates to businesses are different from rates to residences... It can be as low as $38 in a town car. Need to add a passenger? an extra $8 please. Conclusion: if you want something done right in Oak Brook, hire a Naperville company to do it. Have used Flag Limo for several years. I travel weekly for work so I need a simple but reliable way to get to the airports and Flag Limo has never let me down. Their guys always show up on time, drive well, and treat me with respect. Most of their vehicles are Lincoln Town Cars or Lincoln MKSs with a few Tahoes and MKTs thrown in. I have had a stretch limo a few times as well. The vehicles are always clean and comfortable. The dispatch guys on the phone are very courteous as well and make it very clear on where I should meet the driver. I agree that their rates are not the absolute cheapest, but you will absolutely get what you pay for in the chauffeur industry. I've tried cheaper competitors but they either (A) show up late, (B) get lost, or (C) drive like maniacs. Missing a flight to save $4 isn't worth it in my opinion. I've used this limo company several times and most recently used it this past weekend from ORD to Naperville/Aurora Area. I called them up and they already had my information from before. I only needed to say when, what airlines and destination and all was set. Quick and Easy. Once we arrived at ORD, I called the number that was given in the email and we got a nice black car for two people fairly quick. Our driver was friendly as well. It seems like he wanted to make conversation with us. Anyway, the drive was so smooth that we actually fell asleep until he pulled into the driveway. The cost was $60 dollars for 2 people in the black Lincoln Car. The driver said he normally drives a stretch limo but his was in the shop. So I assume that what kind of car/limo you get is dependent on who is available at the time to pick you up. I've had both kinds with them. Also, I don't ever remember the price being $60. They must have increased it either because there's another passenger or because the gas is so expensive now. But in the end, I'll probably continue using them whenever I'm in the Naperville Area. read more

We hired Flag to drive my family to & from O'Hare Airport on Dec. 22nd & Dec. 28th for a vacation to Jamaica. We specifically ordered and were quoted a price for a Stretch Limo. We were picked up on the 22nd with no problem. But, when we were picked up on Dec. 28th, it was not a stretch limo, but a Cadillac Escalade. We really wanted to get home so we accepted the ride and I called the office to ask about the change. I was told that even though I had a written confirmation for a Stretch, they made a mistake and sent the wrong car. They were not going to adjust the cost for a "lessor" car or for making a mistake! This was NOT acceptable to me so I asked to talk to the owner. Bob was not available and had gone home for the weekend. The man on the phone with me said he could take off $14 for the car difference. Never apologized for the mistake and REALLY-you think $14 was a good enough discount? Not wanting to get the driver in trouble because he had nothing to do with this crappy service, I paid the crappy discounted price & tipped him. I will never use FLAG again!!! This past Friday, my wife and I returned from vacation and arrived at our home in Oswego around 10:30pm. Our garage door would not open. & we were locked out w temps in the 20's. Flag Limo provided two services for my family and I on my wedding day - a limo bus back and forth from my home to the venue, and a limo for my wife and I to our hotel for the night. For all three trips, their service was impeccable. The drivers were on time, drove safely, and were helpful and responsive (especially given the various small changes and delays inevitable during a wedding). In fact, my wife and I we were upgraded from a town car to a full limo that evening, for no charge. Definitely a nice touch for our first night as a married couple. Ordered a car to take us on a family vacation in Florida. Told them upon booking that it was 9 people with luggage to Midway. Sent a limo, not a van or bus. We each had 1 suitcase and 1 carry on. Trunk was full, driver packed the back of the limo with luggage. When I told him we would not all fit he said "we'll, if you hadn't taken so much luggage" excuse me?? 9 adults and 1 bag and 1 carry on is a lot?? Then he told me 2 of my kids could share one front seat. Um, yeah, my kids are 12, 16 and 18. Plus I'm not risking their lives. We were all smashed in back, my husband sat on the floor of the limo from Plainfield to Midway. Called Flag when we got to the airport. Told them it was unacceptable, and that upon return we would need a van or bus. Was assured the problem would be taken carry of when we return. Got back into town, called for our pick up.....low and behold, another limo. This driver was MUCH nicer and more understanding. He was confused as well why the company would not have sent a bus or van. As he stated, the trunk of the limo is no larger than the trunk of a town car. The trunk was bungee corded,and the front seat full of luggage and the back of the limo. We could not all fit in the car, he called dispatch, and they said "they can wait for another car, it will be there in 30 minutes, and they have to pay to take them to Plainfield." No acknowledgment of their screw up, no apologies, zilch. They didn't give a damn. I felt bad for the driver, he was a good guy and it wasn't his fault. We squeezed in, again!! And prayed no luggage would fly out of the trunk. NEVER AGAIN!!!! This company sucks!!!! read more

Comfy car, fairly timely but as a single woman in an unfamiliar place, I would've appreciated a "hello". A "how are you". A confirmation of where he is taking me. All I got was a grumpy 2 words upon pickup with "last name?", and not a word after that. Not a smile. Nothing. For my safety I put address in my phone GPS to ensure my accurate arrival. Upon drop off I said thank you and all he said was you're welcome. No hand shake. No "have a nice day". Basic customer service skills would be nice and feel more friendly. I called the company and shared my experience as a training opportunity but was put on hold for 5 minutes. I finally hung up and they never contacted me after. I have used Flag Limo for the past few years. In the past I have noticed that they will send me outsourced drivers every once in a while. I had booked a STRETCH limo due to the number of passengers and luggage I had. For that reason I was also charged double the rate of a standard limo. Upon arriving at O'hare I was told to look out for a Lincoln Navigator STRETCH limo. Once the limo arrived it was not a stretch. We had to maneuver luggage around and were able to be seated albeit tightly. I called Flag Limo and was told they were doing me a favor because one limo broke down and they wanted to be sure I was taken care of. I asked them to simply charge me the rate of a standard limo and not a stretched limo, end of story. They refused to do so, I informed them that I would leave a negative Yelp review and complain to the BBB, which they said was fine. Buyer beware with this company. read more

I have used this company on numerous trips to and from airports. I have made reservations online and over the phone, I have called ahead on some occasions or last minute when my travel plans have changed. My flights have been early, on time and incredibly late.. But, every time the service has been great. Pickup at the airport is always prompt regardless of the untimely arrivals. Pickup at my house has always been a little early and the drivers have waited in the driveway so as to not wake the house (this is a bonus when I have 2 dogs that would certainly bark if they rang the doorbell and pickups have mostly been very early). The cars are always clean and well maintained. The drivers are sleays pleasant and courteous. I highly recommend them. read more

Have used these guys back in the day when it was Naperville Chaffeuring, so for almost 15 years now. Usually for business. Just used them for my recent business trip and really this all depends on the person you get. Since most of the people are independent contractors for them they can vary all across the board in terms of friendliness, service and speed of getting to destination. Booked a limo through Flag to pick my children and I up from the airport on Thanksgiving day. I called their 800 number upon retrieving our luggage and within minutes our limo was right outside the door waiting. Usually I have to wait outside in the cold for 10 min or so w/other limo companies, so I must say that was a nice change of pace. The ride was smooth and the limo was clean. The only downside was that the driver dropped us off at the end of my driveway in the rain. We have a slightly longer driveway than most, but it is straight with no curves. This was the only time a driver did not pull up the driveway. If that didn't happen it would have been a 5-star experience. read more

I just called this company to find out what the rate would be from northeast Naperville to ORD for two people, two large suite cases and a hard golf bag case and was told $77. That seems pretty high. Although their rating on Yelp is quite good, $77 seems like a lot to pay. I was told that the reason it was so high was because the ride couldn't be shared. Couldn't be happier with this limo service. I'll be using them from now on. I booked a drop off and pickup at midway online. I paid 92 each way for the private car. Dropping off, the driver arrived a few minutes early and knocked on my door instead of just calling to say he was here. They sent a full sized stretch just for one person. How awesome is that. Fully stocked with drinks. Driver drove fast but safe. For pickup, it took me about 30 mins for stupid midway to give me my checked bag. Called the number, guy in the phone was polite and said 10 mins and told me where to meet the driver. Driver showed up in a escalade. Mind you, I was expecting a town car. Called to make the reservation and person who answered the phone didn't even say anything after I said I wanted to make a reservation, just silence so I said hello is anyone there. Should have been my 1st clue of what was to come. Driver was on time and in proper car for pickup to O'Hare, I'll give them that. But the pickup from O'Hare was supposed to be a stretch limo and instead we got a crappy shuttle bus! The driver thought it was funny that we were expecting a stretch limo and got a shuttle bus instead. I however was not amused. Very glad I didn't prepay because I would have been ripped off. While I'm very grateful that Flag limo took my sister on very late notice for her prom (the day before!) I have to say, we were very displeased with the service. The limo driver was an hour late to where we asked them to pick her up, and he had very little knowledge of the Chicago-land area. The driver not only dropped them off late to prom, but they had to walk 3 blocks because he didn't know where he was going. In addition, when they got in the car and my mom told the driver that she bought them sparkling grape juice, he asked her if the drinking age was 17 here.(!!!!) I used Flag Limo based upon the recommendation of my father in law. They were very courteous, prompt flexible when my flight was delayed. Only thing I would change was that they told me to meet at E3 at ORD - turns out there are multiple E3's at ORD, so I would confirm, or go to the first one. At O'Hare I called the number when I had my bag and the car was there in 15 minutes. At the end of my stay a car came on time to my hotel and got me to the airport. I think Flag Limo is great! I live in Elgin and have only had good experiences coming and going to both Chicago airports.

I ordered a limo for my wedding on June 9th. The limo arrived on time and the driver was very patient since we were running late. The problems were: inside of the limo could have been cleaned better, no champagne or beer (I told them it was for a wedding and asked about champagne but evidently no one relayed that message to the proper person), the driver did not know where he was going so we had to give him directions, the driver was slow in opening doors and not very friendly. I called the company a few days later to relay my displeasure but the company did not offer any concession in either money or perhaps a discount if we used them in the future. All in all, we were disappointed and I would not use them again. read more

Have been using this service for years. I am a frequent client. However, I feel compelled to write this review because of a recent experience. The morning girl, Mandy, took a reservation for me, a frequent trip I often make for business. She was rude during the entire call, and in the end, I was not confident that she had actually booked my service. On a hunch, I called back late in the afternoon to double check - and they had no reservation for me. Mandy never entered it. This was handled professionally and efficiently by the other lady (who is always polite & attentive), and everything did go as planned because of her. Mandy clearly was distracted during my initial call, and as I said, rude. She couldn't get off the phone fast enough and almost cost me a missed flight. read more
