We were looking for a built-in pool, a friend said he bought several pools from Aurora. Said when there was an issue they took care of it right away, they replaced their liner and the filter was giving them a fit so they Aurora gave them a new filter. Well, that sounded good to me we went looking at pools and I must say they were very helpful, we spend several hours and bought a nice 10 by 20 ft pool which we pretty much built in. Zach was the job supervisor he met with me several weeks before they started the install we blotted out where we wanted the pool. When these guys came to do the install which was done in a day. They dug the hole did what they had to they all worked so well together they didn't even have to talk to one another. I was amazed. Zach has been our go to guy when the concrete folks needed help with putting the scoping on he helped right away. Zach came to close the pool and he did it quickly always explaining. I have no complaints. We like going to the office to buy supplies and I have a Traeger smoker that I buy all of my pellets from Aurora as well. We bought the lights for the interior of the pool and the beautiful fiberglass stairs that are stunning to say the least. Highly recommend them. They are helpful and you feel confident. There are built in pool dealers that take the deposit and leave town. I have seen that all to often. That is the reason we went with Aurora. read more

Bought a patio dining set couple years ago at Aurora. Had two swiveling chairs. The seat portion of one chair came apart from the base....severed bolt that connects. Took it in and they repaired at no charge..no push back and quickly! Thanks Aurora for standing behind your sales! read more

I did have a defective liner, but Aurora replaced it in a timely manner. They have been patient with me in explaining how to keep clean and close for the winter. This place is huge! It's located off of New Circle Road, on the south end of town. If you're in the market for a pool or Jacuzzi, look no further. I didn't get my spa here, but this is the place that I buy all of my chemicals. I'll try not to repeat what the owner said in the Yelp page description. The staff is always nice and pleasant. The last time that I was in, the cashier mentioned that it was customer appreciation weekend, which meant 20% off. Even though it was a Thursday, he was giving me the discount. Heck yeah, I'll take that! So the next day, after I took inventory of my chemical stock pile, I headed back in to Aurora. That's pretty awesome when a business does pop up/appreciation sales. Incredibly expensive/over priced, but well stocked and, as of late, staffed with helpful staff. For years, this wasn't the case, so it's a nice development. I only deal with pool concerns (not spa), but I've found the store to be the best game in town despite the GROTESQUELY inflated prices. read more

I would not recommend this place whatsoever. I purchased a pool from Walmart.com and I came and bought the supplies and chemicals from Aurora pools. The pool from Walmart ended up being defective and leaked so we had to return it and they were sold completely out of pools. So we ended up with no pool whatsoever. So my husband called Aurora pools and asked if we could return the chemicals that had bought which was $217.20. Keep in mind none of the pool supplies and chemicals had never been used or opened and it was less than 4 days after buying them. He said that the man told him absolutely not there are no returns and it says it on the receipt. Which by the picture below it is not anywhere on the receipt that it says no returns. The man also replied by saying there is a sign by the cash register that there is no returns. Nowhere in the store did I see a no return signs. He told him this wild story that people sabotage pool supplies and that's why we couldn't return them. I've never heard such a ridiculous excuse. Obviously you can tell by the packaging that it has never been opened or used but they still refused to even consider taking it back for these circumstances. So now we are stuck with $217.20 supplies with no pool. Buyer beware with what you buy here because there's no returns.. read more

You decide if this company is for you. We paid a 1/3 deposit on our ingroud pool on February 6, 2017. John told us if we paid that day we would be on the schedule to start the end of May. If we waited it could be July before they started. When they were a month late starting we began asking questions. We told him we didn't want them to come dig a hole and tear up our yard until they were ready to stay on the job until it was finished. They came and dug the hole and didn't come back for a week. We did have some rain and it needed to dry but not for a full week. After getting totally frustrated losing our patience completely, having to argue, we do now have sides in and the concrete base. I will post our progress daily. I do need to say that our contractor is fantastic!! He does REALLY good work and does what he says he will. You ABSOLUTELY want Robert to build your pool!! read more
