They take their time with cleaning counters, floors, vacuuming rugs, dusting, etc. It's always easy to get in touch with M via text if I need to change an appointment due to conflicts or a change of plans. She responds right away and always tries to accommodate me. And while they have all of their cleaning products, M & J are willing to use any cleaners that you specifically want for sanitizing, for polishing, or just out of your own personal preference. For example, I like my kitchen and bathroom counters polished after being cleaned, so they use the counter polish product that I like because it has no odor and leaves everything extra shiny and smooth. I am always impressed with how spotless everything looks after one of their appointments, and my family and friends always notice it as well!
