***I'm replying to his message, I never threatened this man in my life, he's more than welcome to share my messages. He made a snarky comment that I hid my address and he said he was going to post it. Then I said if you will show my address and make it public I will need to take legal action. He continued to gaslight me and make fun of me that I missed my flight and he was also responding back to me. That is not called harassment, it's a conversation. I was looking for an emergency carpet cleaner at 5 am, Due to a puppy emergency. I went on yelp to look for 24 hour cleaners, and thank goodness arcane answered the phone! He asked if he could come from 8-9. I said that I couldn't because it was an emergency from my puppy urinating on my bed and it has to be 8am or if we could do earlier , and we agreed on that 8am time. After we hung up I confirmed the time and address through text. He was super nice over the phone! You can clearly see in my text language my sad faces and I was very distraught about this situation which I will go into detail... Then the next text I received was never I can't make it at 8am, no apologies, it stated his itinerary about his kids and all this other details, then needed to get the van, and then there was traffic, but not one apology. I think if he apologized it would have been okay, but he took it another extra mile. I had a day flight to visit the cemetery with my family it being my grandfathers birthday, and I had to cancel the flight. Showed him proof and he called me a joke not believing me at first. My review is only for the dishonesty about the time promised and not apologizing , and him calling me a joke :( He kept saying I was threatening him over my review, this is just my honest review, he seems like he does a great job and I am not discrediting that, but if there is an emergency and it's time sensitive I would reconsider. Just got our carpets cleaned by Arcane and we are so happy with the work and service we received. I was provided a price list when I inquired about services and I was really happy with our total and the work that was completed. I do not recommend. Very disappointing experience. Due to rain, they rescheduled me and confirmed for 7:00 AM Friday. About 10 minutes before 7:00, I received a text saying they were running late. By 8:30, they texted again claiming there was no parking in front, even though there was. After that, they blocked me from all communication. Very unprofessional -- I would have appreciated at least a call or text letting me know they couldn't make it. read more

So we wanted our 2 story house handled. 90% carpet up (and stairs) 100 % tile down. Ephram was here on time, explained everything and did the carpet on day 1 and tile on day 2. (That worked best actually for our schedule). He supported his lower prices by saying - "I want repeat customers, not one and done. Worst experience ever. I called these guys because of positive reviews, we had a 7 am appointment scheduled for today. At 7:10, my daughter (whose home it is) called my wife and said that she had to leave soon and asked if I could find out where they were. I had been asleep, and my cell phone had been turned off, but I turned it on and immediately called Arcane. As I was calling them I could hear text messages coming through, but I connected with them and he said, "Hey there," and I said, "Hey, are you guys on your way?" Immediately his tone changed, he raised his voice and said, "We've been texting you all morning telling you we were late, but if you're going to be rude!" I was stunned. I started to say, "Hey, I'm not being rude, I just woke up and turned my phone on..." but he had already hung up on me before I could explain. Immediately I called back but he did not answer so I left a voice mail, explaining the same thing: I was not being rude, I had just woken up and I had not seen their texts, so I needed to know how long they would be. My daughter had to leave for work and I would need to go let them in. But he did not respond to my voice mail. Then I texted basically the same thing, and got no answer. I did not get a reply until I "cursed" telling him that we only had a small window of time to get this done and now we were "f'ed". Then he responded, by TEXT, saying I was rude on the phone and rude in my texts and that he was going to post my personal information publicly along with screenshots of our text conversation. Can you imagine a service provider threatening to post a customer's private information in public? Because he thought I was being rude about them being late? I had literally woken up 2 minutes before I called him, probably had a gruff morning voice, but I had the chance to get one question out: "Hey, are you guys on your way?" and that is the reason this entire debacle happened, other than them being late in the first place. Unhinged is the word that comes to mind. It's up to you whether you want to deal with a company like this, I certainly would never use them again. I am attaching our text conversation, mainly because they threatened to, so I may as well put it out there. Please keep in mind, I never raised my voice, never said a rude thing about them, I only asked if they were on their way and this guy lost his sh*t, hung up on me, lost a good customer and warranted this review. read more

Amazing job with my area rug and stairs! I was pretty over my area rug and wanted to throw it away because it looked rough. But Ephraim was so knowledgeable and went above and beyond by brushing and raking the rug! It looks brand new now. My stairs have also never been deep cleaned. I am seriously impressed with the quality of their work. I had a different 5-star company clean my rugs just a few month ago, and I thought they were good - until these guys came and lifted all the stains from my rugs/carpet/upholstery that the other company wasn't able to. They look brand new (5-year old rugs, in my rental property). This guy is meticulous, you can tell he really takes pride in his work, he's not just going through the motions like it's just another job - he's cleaning like it's his own house. He was very knowledgeable, gave me a lot of really great tips and info about what types of cleaning products to use on our floors (you would think any old cleaning product would do the trick, but he really opened my eyes to the differences/importance). Not only that, but he's a family man and I love supporting a local family business! There's a handful of other 5-star cleaners out there, but they are not on the same level as this team. While cleaning the tile and grout Ephraim discovered pet spots & sprayed an enzyme blocker, made new cleaning solution to combat the smell from existing. A completely unexpected issue bc the floors were dry but once they get wet we would have smelled it. This company has been so unprofessional. 1. I was scheduled for my carpet to be washed on Monday 8/28 and then they texted me saying the technician forgot his phone at the prior appointment and had to go back to get it. I informed them what they worked best for me and time for rescheduling. He informed me once he pulled over he would check his availability. Mind you they never got back to me that day and it was only 7pm. I had to follow up with them Tuesday 8/29 to see if Wednesday was a good day for them to come wash my carpet and stairs. 2. They get here and said they cannot wash my carpet because It has pee stains. I was never asked if my carpet had pee stains. If not I would disclosed that information...... I was only asked how many stairs I have and how big the room is. If I would've been asked if I had stains or what kind of stains I would've disclosed the information promptly. 3. I believe he had his customers mixed up, he said I told him I was getting my house inspected and that he asked me about stains. When I have all our messages saved and not once did he ask about what stains I had or did I mention an inspection. This has been the worst experience with such an unprofessional company. I wish I can put 0 stars but unfortunately in order to post I have to put one!!! And to top it off I messaged them regarding my frustration and no answer and I believe I was blocked from their Facebook page because my message is not being delivered.
