Today, my 16-year-old Yorkie had surgery to remove a growth in his mouth, along with multiple teeth extractions. We were given straightforward options and thorough information about the risks and considerations for a dog his age, which helped us make an informed decision to proceed. From start to finish, we were treated with genuine respect and compassion by the office staff, technicians, and the veterinarian. We truly felt our dog was in very caring and capable hands. I honestly don't think he could have received better care anywhere else. And the bonus to this high level of service was the the "low cost". There is a reason it is part of the name of this clinic

With no previous introduction, and no knowledge of the dog's history, she gave us a very insightful analysis of this dog, pointing out what motivates him in so many situations and how he's likely to react. Her insights were spot-on, and we felt as though she had spent hours with him as his personal psychiatrist. It helped us so much to understand how to handle him going forward. Next, they recommended me to Fetch in Brandon (an emergency vet that costs thousands). I called back to request my pets' records and told them I would be removing all my pets from the clinic. The new person said they are booking as soon as Tuesday and couldn't explain what I was previously told. Regardless, the associate I talked to was more than happy to send me my records but didn't offer to right what was wrong. I've already lost one cat working with this vet and their lack of care for my dog has proven I need to go somewhere else. Last complaint, they cost a fortune and are more than happy to refer you to an emergency vet than deal with the problem themselves.
