We tried again multiple times in different ways but he never let us. Our vet recommended this place and we made and appointment. She then whispers through the phone "it literally takes 5 minutes".... if it literally takes 5 minutes why not see them at a more convenient time. last time I took them for grooming services they said it'd take 2 hours and my dogs ended up staying in the shop for 4 hours in the cages. Dont really know what's going on there but will definitely not be returning.
