The nicest young man came out of the shop and met me in the parking lot before I could even close my door. He told me he would take care of it and have me back on the road before I knew it. I literally pulled out, the nail removed and my tire fixed, at 8:34. Needless to say, I made it to work in time. Zero charge. Nothing. Nada. No $$ exchanged hands. I'm still amazed at their level of customer service and very very grateful I stopped in. Thank you Discount Tires!!. The next time I need tires I know where I'm going.

Over two hours into the service advised they could not do the alignment because they didn't have a certain tool to align my tires and would have to go to a dealership. My vehicle showed a low-battery warning, and after having it tested at AutoZone, it was clear the alternator was the issue. I called several shops around 3:30 PM, and most told me they might be able to look at it the next day--or wanted to charge $120 just to "diagnose" the problem I already knew about. When I called Tire Kingdom, I spoke with Theresa, who told me to bring it right in. They checked it immediately, did not charge me for a diagnostic, and the test matched AutoZone's results within minutes. They gave me a couple of price options and even went above and beyond by checking additional parts availability. They found a significantly cheaper alternator at O'Reilly Auto Parts and told me that if I bought it myself, I'd get a lifetime warranty instead of the standard 12-month warranty through them. That kind of honesty is rare. I picked up the part from O'Reilly and brought it back, and within an hour and a half, my vehicle was completely repaired. I absolutely did not expect to have my truck fixed within 2.5 hours of discovering the issue--especially late in the day. The entire team was friendly and professional, but two people really stood out: Theresa and Jarryka (Jerrica). Their customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Discount Tire reports that the wheel was corroded, claimed to clean it up and apply sealer (spoiler: Discount Tire did not fix anything). This problem persisted for 3 months, before I brought it to AWRS. AWRS were able to squeeze me into their tight schedule, diagnose the problem, and solve it in one day. The wheel was highly corroded, which was repaired, and sealer was applied. I have been leak-free for 3 months. They are professional, courteous, and experts in their field. Highly recommended!

We had to take her car to another shop where they then asked about previous services and it made sense what had happened. When we returned back from our trip we went back to Express Oil Change and they tried to tell my mother that somebody had "intentionally cut it" and disregarded her concerns. They denied everything, swears there's no way that could ever possibly happen and refused to do anything about it except "check the cameras" and "take a look at the tire". Spent an hour and a half repairing the tire, and spent 2.5hrs & 64 dollars to learn this is a shop to avoid if you want honesty or accountability.
