I find out it is ARA that has taken over and kept all my art and lied multiple times to cover up that they have kept my art along with any property left inside from the previous tenants (Lucky's ATX) . 1st they stated they did not have any cameras on the premises (the lobby, the inside of Lucky's, or outside the building). The day I called and asked about cameras I was in their lobby and they do have a camera they just didn't want to provide footage that would show they were hiding info from me.. Then they lied about how long they kept footage for. They said only up to 30 days their cameras store footage and next thing I know they're saying they keep it up to a couple of months.... but of course they apparently no long had footage from the time this all took place when the owners and staff abandon the property where Lucky's was and ARA took over. Then they said they saw 0 art in the building yet there are images missing from the photos they took when they did a walk through of the space -- it's as if they deleted the image files or just avoided sending them to me. Notice how there is no clear photos of the back corner but MULTIPLE photos of all the other areas. Photos 9-20 have been removed from the files they shared with me I see one of my light rectangle pieces with my one gold rimmed painting stacked on top. Stacking anything on my art will cause scratches very easily so they likely damaged all my pieces anyways. These people will take your belongings even though you had nothing to do with them instead of being good humans and giving back to a local broke artist.

I have never felt talked down to nor dismissed when I bring up concerns. They are great people. The doctors have been easy to talk to, and are willing to offer referrals if you feel you need one. I think in all the times I have come here only twice have I been called back significantly late from my appointment time. Normally I'm called on time or maybe five minutes after max. The front desk runs like a well oiled machine, and everyone is friendly. Oh! Parking can get tricky, but I can usually find a spot, give your self some time to park and walk up if you end up outside the parking lot.

If you have not seen the "Boots on the Ground" line dance videos you have managed to escape all social medial outlets (pretty phenomenal feat.) Line dancing is done at birthday parties, weddings, retirements...you name the event and there is a high probability line dancing will be happening. Generally speaking, most folks have done the electric slide or cupid's shuffle or more recently the Wobble. These are the "ticket to entry" line dances. Currently, there is so many line dancing out there I can barely keep up. Once you learn the base line dancing, then the younger peeps add a spin to it. I can't tell you how many times I have been line dancing and there are multiple versions of that line dance being done on the dance floor. I challenge myself to learn as many line dances as possible. Why? Because it is totally and completely fun!!! You might ask what does line dancing have to do with the St. John's community center? Well, the community center has an instructor that does line dancing every Tuesday, 6-8 pm for FREE. You could potentially learn 12-14 line dances in one night. Then you are prepared to spring out to the dance floor and join in on the fun.

It's so awesome that I had to create a new business profile just so I can review it on Yelp. Because after all, sharing is caring. St. John Community Center is endorsed by the City of Austin, and it's the chosen community resource for Austin's Tiny Shots and Big Shots immunization program. The entire vaccination process at the St. John Community Center was quick and easy. You call 2 days in advance to make an appointment. You check-in with the friendly staff. You wait a few minutes. Nurse calls. You get the shots. You pay. You leave -- *super* happy that you found this gem of a community resource! The staff -- everyone from the receptionist to the nurse to the cashier -- was helpful and nice. And this is by FAR the least expensive place to get shots around town. I walked away with 3 shots for only $10 -- total! I have no idea why anyone would get their shots, travel shots, or vaccinations elsewhere. Best part: St. John Community Center also provides immunizations for those who are uninsured, under-insured, or on Medicaid so be sure to let others know about it!

There's maybe 6-10 picnic tables. No lounging chairs tho but a decent amount of shade. I most recently went on a Thursday at 5pm and it was pretty much empty. More people showed up around 545 and I think there was infant swim lessons. Will be back again soon!
