Also, the shield was not attached to the bumper. I called them and they told me to come in. I came in and they said they will have to order new parts and fix it. Adrienne told me that the car rental would be on them and enterprise will come get me. If I knew it was going through my insurance for the rental car then I would have opted out. At no point she told me my insurance will cover for it. She said that B&S was going to cover it since I had to come back to get the things redone. I get to enterprise which they told me it will be billed to my insurance even though she told myself and the driver that the cost will be on them. Enterprise called them in which they changed their mind and said that they will cover one day but the extra days I will have the rental car go through my insurance. They were the one who fixed my car and messed up. Lied that they will cover my rental car cost. Literally wasted my time and it was an inconvenience for me to go to enterprise. Also, having to come back to get something fixed that they should have done correctly in the first place.

We were due for a new car seat, so we scheduled with Diego in between taking out the old one and installing the new one. When I took out that car seat, I was in disbelief at how many snacks and how much debris could be in one car. Disgusting. But Diego took his time and did a meticulous job, and by the time he left, it seriously felt like a new car again. It even had that new car smell again! The paint job and entire outside were also pristine, of course. As luck would have it, it started to drizzle just a few days later, but whatever he did to the paint job just made the water slide right off, and the car still looks amazing almost a month later.
