I don't drive my car often but I took it out this weekend and noticed a noise when I roll down my driver's front window. I took a look and saw my tints coming undone on 3 out of the 4 windows that I had tinted a couple of months ago. On every door window, the tint was cut above the door seal, which means this is only going to get worse the more I use my windows. I was looking to have my SUV tinted and came across this business. After reading some of the reviews, I went onto their website and was impressed by the pricing and variety of services offered. I initially inquired about pricing, and was contacted within 24hrs. From the beginning, the customer service was timely and knowledgeable. I booked an appointment, through there website, and received a confirmation again, within 24hrs. When I arrived at Tintix, I was greeted and directed to a kiosk, to start my check-in process. The kiosk was pretty impressive, as it even had a video to watch, that informed you of the services that you were interested in purchasing. Jordan the owner, is a kind gentleman who greeted me, then he spoke to be with attentiveness and care. Excellent communication. I had to reschedule my appointment numerous times because sometimes my life is lifing. They were so kind and flexible through all of my changes. When I arrived I was greeted by name and taken care of immediately. There was no pressure up sale. The price was exactly what I was quoted via text previously. There was no difference in cost between the different tint darkness which I found great. Allowed me to freely choose what I wanted. They even have an insurance of $200 for the front windows if you get a "fix it" ticket if your tint is too dark. This allowed me the peace of mind to go a little darker than what Ca recommends. I love the look of my car. It was also super helpful to see the renderings of what my actual car will look like when it's done. This really helped me to choose as well. read more

I had a great experience from the first contact to when they deliver the car back to you, these guys were excellent. These guys stand by their work, quality and pride in their work. I was looking for windshield tinting and I first heard of them from Facebook and I decided to contact them. They are very responsive thru text. I was messaging Bash about options of windshield tint and windshield protection film. I thought windshield protection film (basically PPF for windshield) was a good idea after having to replace my windshield. Bash was extremely patient with all my questions and answered my questions and concerns. I decided to make an appointment at Livermore. When I first walked in for my appointment I was greeted by Jordan. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He showed me samples of the tint and broke down the options and pricing. He was very patient in explaining tinting options. Overall, he spent somewhere from 30-45mins explaining everything to me. Jordan wants to make sure I am getting what I want and full transparency on what to expect. This is how you know this is a good shop. Jordan, told me straight up "we take pride in our work and quality" and showed me examples of what their tint quality they accept or not. So you as the customer, know what quality to expect. I appreciate this transparency. And Jordan told me "your car will not leave the shop with unacceptable tint quality" and showed me photos of tint they will not accept. This gave me confidence that I will get quality work. After everything was decided , he took my key and their techs got to work. They have a very nice waiting room with coffee, tv and a restroom. There are also neighboring eateries if you want to get a bite to eat. Their work area is also top notch. They have hexagonal LEDs over head and super bright shop lights. They also do PPF work and wraps so they can see everything with these lights. I was impressed with how much they invested in a clean and well maintained work area. You know your car will be taken care of here. I didn't get the name of the guys working on the car, but they are also friendly and very experienced at tinting. Got XPEL XR Black on all my windows except the windshield on a 2017 Toyota Prius for ~$500 after tax. Ryan and Jordan were both very nice, honest, and professional people to talk the details with. One of the installers also came out to talk to me about things to be careful about after having tints installed, like not rolling the windows down for a few days, and that the bubbles will disappear in that time. It has since been 2 weeks since install, and I have found 0 flaws in the tints. They completed the install quickly in my experience. I arrived at 9:30, and they were done by 11:45. They gave me priority, since I chose to wait there, which was also much appreciated. Customer service is also responsive and helpful in my experience of calling them. They were able to very quickly change the location from Brentwood to Livermore just a few days before my appointment. Honest Review long awaited almost 1yr year ago since 02/28/2024 I have to hand it to TINTIX for their craftsmanship and attention to detail; IT IS WORTH THE MONEY and please DO NOT GO CHEAP; DO CERAMIC TINT!!! After almost 1yr, my SENTRA SR still has the best looking ceramic tints and everyone at my workplace plus fam and friends thought it came with the vehicle because it blended in so fashionably nice and perfectly flawless! Thing was, I waited so long because it was recommended that I did not roll down my windows for at least 2-3wks since it was rainy season for us here in Livermore and I did exactly just that then completely forgotten to leave a Yelp review; I do sincerely apologize but waiting makes the heart grow fonder! The only minor little flaws I have now noticed were a small tint folding outwards at the very left edge tip of the driver side window and the rear window has a bit of a fade but it hasn't gotten to the point where anything major needs to fixed or replaced, probably not for a couple more years anyways! I forgot to mention that they have a LIFETIME warranty so if anything happens to your TINT for the duration of your vehicle so long as you have the receipt or they can find you in their system; you can get a replacement TINT for FREE at NO COST just for being a loyal customer!!! The reason why I know this was because during my consultation, there was a customer requesting for a replacement due to a flaw found and they were pretty rude trying to cut us off; fortunately, my sales rep was super professional and completed my transaction first before assisting them.
