Neil was able to diagnose the problem relatively quickly and explained the parts that I would definitely need (like a new receiver), parts that I would not need (like the spring) and parts that would be nice to have (like the rolling wheels along the rail). He was very transparent about the price of the parts and labor as well as time it would take to pick up the parts and complete the job. TBH, the garage door system he recommended seemed gimmicky, but I decided to go with it anyway because he had me at " it's one of the quietest systems." He was able to install the very same day and was very patient helping me set up the remote garage door openers and iPhone app, which turns out has a feature that floored me, which was basically the ability to check if my garage door was closed or not after I left! The amount of time I imagined I would save by not having to turn the car around to double check is priceless!
