They brush down the front of car and when you drive it it takes over. After the car is done they offer towels and spray to wipe down the windows as well as free vacuuming. When you sign up they will place a sticker inside front window that automatically gets you through the gate. The car always looks so nice when it's done. I wish it was closer or we would go more. Highly recommend this place because it don't scratch the car up, Did I say it has to be one of the best I've ever been to?

But when I decided to cancel, that's when the problems started. I canceled my membership online, but they kept charging my card every month. Then I called them, and they told me the membership had been canceled. However, the charges continued. I called again and canceled it online several more times, and they still kept taking $25 from my account every month. This went on for about a year. Last weekend, I finally stopped by their office and canceled the membership in person. I couldn't come to the office earlier because I was out of town. I asked the employee if there was any way they could refund at least some of the money they had charged me for a service I wasn't even using. I explained the whole situation and told him how many times I had tried to cancel. He genuinely tried to help, filled out the paperwork, and told me to come back this week so they could refund the money to my card. I came back this morning before work, but a different employee told me they don't issue refunds at all. Be very careful before signing up for a membership here. If you ever decide to cancel, you may continue being charged even after you've canceled multiple times. I will never get a membership here again, and I do not recommend that anyone else does either.
