That being said I have been to this post office a number of times and I am always impressed with the quality of service that is at this outlet. The staff here are fantastic. Not only are they friendly and polite, but also they are also truly helpful and on several occasions they have assisted me in endless discussions about passports, visa deliveries and general knowledge of posting letters (like I said before, I am mostly an electronic mail person). I had to lodge a passport application earlier in the year, and I was flawed by the efficient process with which they assessed my application and sent it off. This is a location that is run smoothly and with genuine warmth. While I only come here a couple of times a year, I have always found the service to be consistently good.
