The thing is that upon going inside I discovered a rather good selection of beers on tap, and when I have to spend time attempting to choose a beer, then I known I have found a pub that I like. However, they also have a beer garden, and a pretty decent one at that, so yeah, this is definitely one of those pubs on my list of going back to again one day.

The first thing that stood out was the beautiful old building that the pub happens to be located in, but then again, I suspect that this old building has always been a pub. The thing that really grabbed me though, other than the beer garden of course, was the selection of beers on tap, something that I hadn't seen much of earlier in the day. Basically it has been completely done up, and looks impressive. Mostly it is the beer garden out that back, which is huge, and while it also has a smoking area, it is actually a decent size for those people that enjoy the simple pleasure of having a smoke with their beer. There were also some pretty decent beers on tap, but since I was wearing my Coopers T-Shirt at the time, the only thing anybody ever served me was, well, Coopers Pale Ale.
