The hotel is located in a great area- walking distance from beautiful Palmerhouse and Schönbrunn Palace. The building looks aristocratic and historical - the decor is absolutely stunning. The check in was fast and efficient. The service was absolutely amazing- every staff member was welcoming and extremely friendly. The room was a decent size and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I booked this room on Priceline so I wasn't fully aware of the grandeur of the hotel. The service was excellent and there was always someone at the counter for any question. We arrived too early for our room but they gladly stored our luggage as we began to run. We returned several hours and checked in. Beware, the elevator was a tight squeeze for 2 people and luggage. When we opened the door, we were in an entry area with bathroom #1. A few steps forward put us in a large, comfortable living room with plenty of sesting. As we walked further, bathroom #2 appeared on the right and shower / vanity room was on the left. Please note the bathrooms were actually just "water closets" with no power or mirrors. Finally, we arrived in the ultra-spacious bedroom. The king size bed looked miniscule in the large room. The rooms were very bright with many windows making it warm and inviting. The only negative comment to be made (and reason it did not get 5 stars) is it wasn't perfectly clean. I happened to drop a few coffee granules on the floor our first morning and they were still there that night. Also, when I walked around bare foot, my feet got dirty.... right after a shower. Also, I killed a bug in the last morning. Yuck! Beautiful hotel, nice staff, could do a better job cleaning the rooms.

Very beautiful hotel in a great location. Services was nice and fast. Room was clean and very well maintained, hotel is in a great tourist location pretty much money well spent.

Perfectly clean, staff nice and helpful, rooms were beautiful. Location is great, as it's directly adjacent to Schonbrunn palace and directly next to the U4 metro line, which takes you directly to the historic city center. 10/10 would recommend read more

A colleague made this reservation for me and I was more than pleased. I had the opportunity to stay in 2 different rooms having stayed at this hotel on 2 different occasions during my last trip to Vienna. Pros: -Upgraded room is huge -Heat works great -Across the street from Schonbrunn (strolled their grounds twice) -Breakfast buffet has varied selection (I loved the chocolate filled croissants) -Restaurant on premises for breakfast, lunch & dinner (Schlosscafe) -Refrigerator drinks and snacks included -Bar on premise (they give you a free cocktail as a guest) -Short walk to train -Beautiful decor Cons: -Although top floor has been recently renovated and looks fantastic, you can still smell the new paint -Restaurant on premises closes early -coffee machines at breakfast seemed to keep breaking I highly recommend. read more

Pretty nice hotel but we had a rough time getting there as we had tons of time so we opted for the Metro. Boy oh boy...bad idea as the U4 was under construction until god knows when so it was metro and then the tram. But normally it's very convenient as the Metro is just steps away and the tram as well. Even if you had to connect it was super super easy. Perks--The castle was right there and tons of good selections of food nearby. Sushi/Chinese esp that one called Noodle King. Nice folks making really good food and did I mention so reasonably cheap for Austria? Awesome, give it a shot if you need a bite after dark. :) The weirdest thing is the room #'s are totally different than the hotels we are used to. 2 on 2nd floor & 3's on 3rd etc but these are all on the first & 2nd it seems. haha..A bit interesting but the room are NICE & CLEAN. Great staffs!! Another weird thing the water boiler for the room breaks the circuit breakers twice not sure what happened there but it was odd. lol....But like I said great staff and they come quickly to help. Opt for the taxi back to airport via hotel arrangement and for Vienna wasn't cheap but we didn't want to go crazy again for the connection. :D read more
Very opulent. The room we received was beyond our wildest expectations. It was a lavish suite with a living room, sitting area and a king sized bed in a gigantic master bedroom. Two water closets both with toilets & sinks, and a master bathroom with a double sink vanity and large bathtub. High ceilings with decorative trim and moldings. Two TV's, mini fridge and super large windows with black out curtains. It is located directly across the street from the Schloss Schönbrunn palace and a major subway entrance. They have a restaurant open all day serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything about this property screams "high end-expensive" but was actually very reasonable! I am an instant fan and highly recommend the Austria Trend Parkhotel Schönbrunn when visiting Vienna. Austria Trend Parkhotels are located in most major cities and tourist destinations throughout Austria. Free wifi. Great location! read more

Derzeit ist absolut keine Aussicht vorhanden. read more
