The flight was on time. I was travelling with just a carry-on, no checked luggage. This airline has much stricter rules on the weight of a carry-on than Canadian airlines. The weight limit is 8 kg. But my carry-on wasn't weighed. Unlike some other airlines, I was assigned a seat during check-in and unless I was willing to pay extra, I had no chance of switching to another available seat. I tried contacting customer service with a question but after being on hold for a very long time, I gave up.

We waited over an hour in Atlanta for the jet way driver and nearly missed our flight to Europe. The last legs were code shared with Air France. Our bags were a day late. We left our hotel info with the baggage service. The baggage service seemed indifferent to our problem. The bags were not delivered to our hotels. We called Delta and they told us it was Air France's problem not their. We call Air France and they asked for a claim number that as never given to us and the bags would be sent to the states. Neither Delta or Air France would assist us. I will never fly either again

This was also considerably easier for a day trip to Visby from Stockholm... we didn't really feel like packing everything up and checking out of the hotel (and into another in Visby, and then doing the same thing all over again), and the ferry takes at least five hours. These smaller airlines and the smaller airport really make day trips like this possible. This is a commuter plane and airport, so most people are local and have the routine down to an art form. The planes are out on the tarmac so you will be walking a bit outside to board. Everything is clearly marked. Just follow the people in front of you. The plane itself was clean and new looking inside. The props on the engines made us a bit nervous. My wife was ready to turn back and make a run for the passenger area. But like I said earlier, no problems. The weather was bad the morning of our flight, despite that and a few bumps along the way we arrived safely and on time. Smooth landing.

A supervisor stepped out and told me to follow her so she could help. She lead me to a ticket counter and tried to sell me an 11,000kr one way ticket to get to my destination. She explained that since her staff labeled me a "no show" my inbound/outbound flights have been cancelled with no refund of any sorts of my initial 7000kr tickets. Do not fly with this dishonest company.

The food served was top of the best experiences ever and in top considering taste, presentation and smell. We hade the fish alternative - salmon, cod and shrimp with a fennel mash and also the fillet mignon and a lamb rack. All served with a fresh salad. As a dessert a small selection of fresh good cheese. We have seldom had this classy food, presentation and service on a flight. Very much in our liking. The food was not pressed down in a porcelain cup but beautifully presented. It was great experience. Top notch and I have to go back many years in a 1st class flight to be able to compare. The service was very good/pleasant as well,indeed. The seat comfort in business class was very good and much much better than a 1st class flown recently domestically with an American Star Alliance Member. However we can not understand that you in business class have to pay for WiFi!? Increase the ticket fare a bit and have it "complementary". This was the JFK/Munich part of the journey. The part Munich/ARN a shorter part of the trip was also alright - more in the line/class of other European airlines serving European destination. Food was good and the seat comfort etc. as in economy class with no screens/entertainment possibilities and no power connections for charging. We do also like the Lufthansa's lounges. Open, clean and good food. Lufthansa is really one of our favorite airlines.

I have received nothing yet from the company, after I complained but an written apology!!!!!!!!!!! This action will not be able to cover any cost for any damages i got due to that info. This is not acceptable at all!!!!!! I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!! Be carful from the company stuff and procedures because it seems they need more training. I booked my ticket based on the review that saying they are pet friendly Airline. I paid extra to have a good experience with my pet. But based on my real experience, they are zero experienced with dealing with pet issues. Please don't wast your money and energy on thier tickets. I will never book Lufthansa again and I will advise people to avoid it. And soon I am aiming to sue this company, and publish what happened in all reviews in all platforms to let people aware for that especially who owns a pet and cho them to get a good travel experience.
