The flight was on time. I was travelling with just a carry-on, no checked luggage. This airline has much stricter rules on the weight of a carry-on than Canadian airlines. The weight limit is 8 kg. But my carry-on wasn't weighed. Unlike some other airlines, I was assigned a seat during check-in and unless I was willing to pay extra, I had no chance of switching to another available seat. I tried contacting customer service with a question but after being on hold for a very long time, I gave up.

Not good We are in…read morethe mist of a European cruise without our luggage. We flew Delta from sarasota to Altanta then to Stockholm. We waited over an hour in Atlanta for the jet way driver and nearly missed our flight to Europe. The last legs were code shared with Air France. Our bags were a day late. We left our hotel info with the baggage service. The baggage service seemed indifferent to our problem. The bags were not delivered to our hotels. We called Delta and they told us it was Air France's problem not their. We call Air France and they asked for a claim number that as never given to us and the bags would be sent to the states. Neither Delta or Air France would assist us. I will never fly either again

I have a bunch of complaints so I will try to organize them for easier reading…read more 1) Our flight was 3 hours delayed. I hear that in the EU if a flight is more delayed than that, the airline has to pay passengers a lot. So I think to avoid this consequence, the sign was flashing FINAL CALL and caused me to have a heart attack and run for the gate. Only to realize it wasn't yet boarding. My husband thinks they did this so they could board super quickly once the plane was ready. And he was right, it was like a cattle herd free for all boarding. 2) The main reason this sucked was that I needed to buy water before going to the gate. But seeing the sign flashing FINAL CALL made me entirely forget that plan/need. 3) The reason the water was so important is that I am pregnant and my midwife said the main thing with flying is to stay hydrated. For a short flight it might matter less but this flight was 7.5 hours and so the water was really necessary. 4) The main reason I needed to get water BEFORE the flight, is that Norwegian Air charges for EVERYTHING. They charge $4 for a normal size bottle of water. I usually drink about 192 oz of water per day because I am prone to kidney stones so you can see the issue there. 5) So this all leads to me asking a flight attendant if I could please put water into my water bottle. She told me she could give me a small cup of water but otherwise I would need to buy a bottle of water...when the Snack Bar opens...in a few hours. I told her I am pregnant and it is a medical necessity that I stay hydrated and so she said she would bend the rules and give me two small cups of water. Great. 6) So on the topic of this whole snack bar/charging for water thing. Anyone who doesn't pre-order a meal from Norwegian is treated like a second class citizen. You aren't offered a drink...at all. And so if you are sitting next to someone who pre-ordered a meal, they are offered drinks a few times throughout the flight but you are entirely ignored. I have never witnessed such a thing before. 7) I was able to get a refill on the two small cups of water I was given earlier and made to feel grateful. Really the experience just left a bad taste in my mouth. 8) Instead of putting their money into some fancy touch screen tv screens and other high tech features, Norwegian should realign their priorities. They aren't the cheapest airline to fly in terms of ticket price but they are certainly the cheapest in terms of saving a buck at the sake of the customer. I will never fly Norwegian again.

10 minutes away from central Stockholm on the T-bana (metro), Solna Centrum is one of my favourite…read morestations on the network for the overall art and beauty of the station, a red and green painting which goes around both platforms and the small interchange looks great, although Stockholm's metro art is already pretty good across most stations. After leaving here it is a good walk away from what I'd say is the main part of Solna, one of the country's fastest-growing cities a short journey away from Stockholm so if you are heading to a game at the Friends Arena or the country's largest shopping mall, Mall of Scandinavia you might want to take the train from Stockholm City instead getting into Solna Station for easier access - however, this could be a way to beat the crowds. There were signs for the Friends Arena and Mall of Scandinavia originally but after leaving the platform, it was so difficult as everything seemed to vanish - even finding the bus stop to head there was a little tricky and my GPS seemed to be unable to direct me any further as Google Maps doesn't seem to understand underground subways. It is right near Solna Centrum shopping mall, of course carrying the same name but this appears to be really run down since the opening of Mall of Scandinavia in late 2015. The station is only on one line, T11 which means if you want to make any connections onto any other line, you would probably have to go into Central Station which isn't ideal, but it could help to beat the crowds on a match-day after waiting for AIK or Sweden's national team play nearby. 3* - The artwork is something to be proud at and once you know where you're going (good for the many houses and offices close to the station), the commute towards Solna centrum and the shopping, dining and football facilities isn't too bad - better signage from the station and perhaps making this station staffed would be a great improvement. As with any station on the metro network, it is step-free and the gap between the train and the platform isn't bad compared to other stations as expected as this is a newer station, opening on the 1975 blue line extension.
