It looked like there might have been a small selection of hot snack for lunchtime, but we had to leave before they came out so YMMV. She was doing her best, but you could see that she was completely overworked given the sheer volume of people using this lounge. Washrooms were fair. Most reading selection was obviously in German, but we did find a couple of English newspapers. We entered around 5:30. The hot meal option was jasmine rice and Thai vegetables. There was an apple celery soup and a beef consommé (that was supposed to have pancake strips according to the description, but didn't) Then there were chips, nuts and pretzel sticks. The last section was a couple of vegetarian salads and 2 dips. No meat at all The beef consommé was fine. And once I added sufficient Tabasco, chives and croutons to it. It made a fairly filling snack, so I won't binge on junk when we land in LHR after 5 hours.
