I had called last week 8/7/25 to check to see if they were open that Friday for Dr. Nevins to check my bridge. They weren't going to be open so I said," I have an appointment Monday (8/12) and I'll have her check. Verbal communication that I was coming in. Apparently that verbal communication was not good enough. Here was a chance to have Dr. Nevins to check my bridge and maybe replace it. I requested a phone call from Dr. Nevins by leaving a message with front office to have her call. No call. I'm still waiting. I'll edit this post if the dentist calls.

My wife had bad experiences with a dentist as a child, but she doesn't mind going to Dr. Nevins at all. We are so comfortable with her that we recently took our 3-yr old to her for her first cleaning, rather than go to a pediatric dentist. We took pictures with her and she gave everyone a hug. If you can't imagine a dentist who gives hugs, maybe you should check out Dr. Nevins.
