The dentist is inept and most of his staff is rude and mediocre. I observed the assistant not follow the hygiene protocol while treating my child. The retainer I ordered cracked within a month. They refused to replace it and from then on started treating me rotten. I should have left butt we already had paid a fortune. At the end, Dr Petrunic didn't not complete the promised treatment of overbite and we were forced to get another set of braces ($3000+) elsewhere after we moved. I never yelled or called anyone names. I was polite and just wanted the service we paid for. I saw the personal negative notes they entered into my child's file and I was not amused. They don't communicate well nor deliver the service. It doesn't help when the Dr enters either not talking to you or saying "Hey, girl!" Unprofessional in every way

I was given a price and my extraction itself would be at the low end of the range she gave me (she told me 3-5 hundred for the range...it's 280) but what she negated to tell me is that I would be charged for an X-ray (could have made effort to request these from my referring dentist) and a 'consultation' (spent 5 minutes telling me what my other dentist is doing wrong essentially and what other repairs I need soon). Which nearly doubled my cost. I'm out 280 and have had nothing done other that the x ray and said consultation. When I called back, 'candace' told me that 'ginger' could have waived part of today's fees 'at her discretion' but because I was upset (I believe understandably upset) she opted not to waive any of them. I don't believe anyone should have this kind of 'discretion' where they can hurt you financially just because they don't like you.
