She has excellent technical skills (varies techniques, knows how to transition between "sections", etc.). She also has excellent instincts about pressure. She loosened my stiffness without pain to my muscles. Beyond that, though, the atmosphere was perfect. I *hate* being cold during a massage -- it defeats the purpose, in my mind. But she used heat throughout the massage, from the heated table, to heated towels and hot stones.
