I was given a full sectional muscle relaxing massage, then moved into deep tissue before being given my hot rock massage. I suffer from COPD, severe asthma and other medical issues. This massage and with Tom was just the right thing to move the fluid in my lungs around enough to breathe clearly and be able to loosen up problem areas I wasn't even aware of! I will be booking a family session in the next few weeks and will be becoming a regular! She asks if I wanna leave a tip and I said... sure. I wrote $3 because I was genuinely in pain most of the service. She literally looked at me and goes "it's $10 MINIMUM for a hour" .. excuse me? When is a tip EVER mandatory? & after I write the $3, she grabbed the receipt for me and wouldn't even let me finish writing my total. I asked for it back because I didn't feel comfortable with how she treated me at that moment. I will not be returning. The entitlement is absolutely insane and unprofessional.
