Plus everyone was helpful and friendly. We opted for a tint on my front windows which matched my rear windows and then had the front windshield covered with ceramic tinting which keeps the car much cooler and deflects the UV rays. Professional and courteous, I told her I was trying to decide between 15% or 5% and she quickly sent me pics of both shades on different vehicles to help me decide. They were able to fit me in the next day, which was awesome. Shortly after making the appointment I received a text confirmation with all the pertinent details - date, time, type of tint, and color, and price. They offered a one hour window for arrival and the next day they arrived promptly at the scheduled time! Wow! Now, if you're from Miami you should know that this is a rarity. Someone on time. I was in heaven. Victor was a pleasure. He was polite and professional. Him and the other gentleman who came were so thorough in their work. They examined the windows and made sure to show me any pre-existing scratches on the windows that could affect the quality of the end result. I appreciated that attention to detail and also their commitment to protecting their good name. The finished job was PERFECTTT. I am so picky and it was so perfect. Again, I was in heaven. Lol. Their work was meticulous, and they left the car spotless. Once done they advised me on how long I needed to wait before rolling down the windows and placed courtesy stickers on both panels to help avoid any errors. Those stickers saved me TWICE! Lol. I was timid about a mobile service and the potential of hiring a real person, but was reassured by Ricardo of the process and he answered all of the questions I had in a very proficient/professional manner. We were able to schedule an appointment for the following day. I received a confirmation email and text message. I was alerted the day of when he was on his way, the link provided an ETA and a tracker for his location. He arrived early and walked me through the process. I received a text when it was completed, and was able to pay via the link. Overall my the process was 10/10. It is always nerve wracking having someone come to you rather than dropping it off at a detail store lot, but I can TRULY say I will never go back to the traditional storefront. The experience was comfortable, it was convenient, and I will specifically go through Fresh Wash 305 in the future. I cannot say enough good things! As for the actual cleaning--my mind was blown. I needed a full deep cleaning of the inside and the outside. I hadn't gotten it cleaned in about a year so there was a lot of grime, which I know required scrubbing.
