I call looking fir someone to install my radio instead 2012 Caddillac SRX. when I started talking to yhe owner he asked me if I was from Detroit because of my (313) number. Found out he was from Detroit. I was familiar with his business from Detroit. I went in and ge and his family took good care of me. Got Radio installed and I want to go back for tinting. Requested a Quote, they emailed me pricing and called me . I tried calling them back and was immediately put on hold for over 10 minutes with no concern or regard for my time. So I decided to take my business elsewhere. I gave 3 stars because can't say they have good or bad work. All I can speak to is the unprofessionalism of the front desk. I ended up using Magic Tint because they answered the phone, scheduled me and quoted me 150$ less. read more

I came here about three years ago with my 340i to get my window trim wrapped in black. A long story short, I needed to get the passenger side redone due to the material they used, which from my understanding was lifetime warranty, but was told otherwise when I called. Danny reached out to me shortly after and asked me what day was convenient for me to stop by. As planned we met in the morning and inspected the trim himself. Danny was extremely professional and took care of the situation and myself. He texted and notified me when my car was complete as well. Came here today after making an appointment last week to have my dashcam wires hidden. When I came in last week I spoke to a very nice lady named Elisse who helped me set up my appointment for today after speaking to an installer named Neil who was extremely helpful. When I arrived I was greeted by a very nice gentleman named Richard who had me speak with Neil again to go over everything again. Richard was very accommodating during the entire time I was there waiting for my vehicle to be done. I highly recommend going here. I'll definitely go back whenever I need something done that they do. read more

Came in because my viper alarm (installed at another tint world) disconnected after I got my battery replaced. Initially desk receptionist was rude and barley wanted to help, and all she cared about was labor before even having my problem diagnosed. After a few minutes an alarm tech checked the alarm and basically told me I would need a new key fob (retails at $200) I politely declined, went home, searched on YouTube how to pair viper alarm and fixed the issue within 2 minutes. Always troubleshoot yourself and check YouTube for help! Huge disappointment from tint world considering alarm system was within the year warranty and dropped like $700 on the kit and install. read more

I was a bit hesitant bringing in my brand new 2021 Tesla Model Y to have its windows tinted. Less than 80 miles on the odo. I was afraid I would find water stains on the seats, door panels or dash, and I'm very fussy. Well, Tint World came through for me. The car was handed over to me as clean (or cleaner) than when I brought it in. Elisse was great, and there were 2 or 3 guys working on my car at various times, and had it completed in about 2.5 hours, including the entire roof and windshield. They only carry Xpel tint, which is one reason I went there. I got the best one (Prime) and the car looks great. Comes with a lifetime transferable warranty. The shop is very efficient and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to friends or strangers looking to have their car tinted or wrapped. I was taken right on time which was refreshing. Thanks Tint World !! read more

This review is for car window tinting. Finally, a reliable tint place we can depend on........we've had our last 5 vehicles tinted here. What we like: ***appointments can be made and they give you a really good estimate of how long you will be sitting there of you decide to wait. I think the last couple of times they overestimated my wait time, I got out early, and was ecstatic. ****they give good suggestions. I love blackout, but they've reeled me in with fantastic tint combinations to keep me legal ;-) ****the guys each time have been sooooo friendly, I almost can't believe why. ****I believe prices are fair. There is a lifetime warranty on each job. Our oldest tint job has held up, no bubbles, no peeling.....the tint is computer cut specific to your car, the guys deserve their tips! ****they keep previous tint jobs easily accessible in the front desk computer so they can tell you which tint packages you've gotten in the past. Before, I have gotten work done by round-the-corner-tinting guys who were pretty good for much cheaper..... but after the last guy disappeared (we were told just for a couple more years, check back then), we sucked it up and started coming here. I have been using Tint World for many years at one location or another. Quite a few of the locations have closed but the one on Sunrise is still going strong. Why? Because they have a great facility, do really good work and most importantly, have amazing customer service. I needed to have my car tinted and also needed keyless entry/alarm installed. Mike was wonderful about explaining costs, services and setting up an appointment for me. The appointment came and when we arrived Mike was awesome about explaining different tints and tint percentages - there's more to it than you think. Did you know some tints are metal based and can interfere with digital reception like Bluetooth? I had no idea! With his guidance, I was able to choose the exact tint I needed. Their prices aren't low but the tint and the work last for a very, very long time. The tint also has a lifetime guarantee. My last car was 10 years old before the tint showed signs of bubbling. Because I had the lifetime guarantee and the original invoice, I was able to have the tint replaced free of charge. I have this same guarantee with my new car's tint. Tint World offers many services including tinting homes, businesses, boats, cars and all sorts of other vehicles. They also install alarms, remote start, paint protection film, graphics, detailing, wheel and other services. It really is a one stop shop for your car customization needs. Having not had the need to get my windows tinted in a while, I called the sunrise store to get prices and make an appointment. The woman that answered was very rude and condescending to the point where you would've thought I had to have e knowledge about every type of tint offered and the prices . Thats not the way to respond to a customer. Be informative and answer questions so that this or any customer for that matter can feel comfortable about spending their money at your establishment. To make things worse this brilliant employee did not hang up the phone when she decided to lament to her co worker about her experience with me. One can only imagine the derogatory words she used to describe a Customer. Not what I pay my money for never again at this store. I'll take all my questions and money and go somewhere else. read more

Excellent work. Tint pricing has gone up over the years but these guys do a good job of explaining the different tint materials so you can get exactly what you want and what you pay for. I was in and out about an hour...and I just walked in. I recommend this place for anyone needing ti it work done right. read more

I had previously had my car tinted at Tint World. Everything was great. After a few years, the tint was not working as well as it had been. I think that was probably to be expected. I assume tint degrades over time. No problem. I went back about 3 years later. I wanted new tint. So, I needed the existing tint removed and new tint installed. They had a new tint that blocked more heat. I decided to go with that. After the installation, I noticed my defroster and my retractable seatbelts that bring the seatbelt to you no longer worked properly. I took my car to the dealership. The ENTIRE back window had to be replaced because the installer had cut the wires in the windshield which then short circuited the back area computer. There was no way of fixing the wires. It cost $2600 to repair the damage that the installer had done. Like I said, I was very happy with the first installation. They must have new ownership or new installers. This was a very costly problem to fix. read more

Great service and fast! I came into TW just to schedule an appointment and get pricing and within 2 minutes they had me moving forward with getting it done. Elissa at the front desk is super nice and she made all the difference! They offer different packages and demonstrate how it works. I moved down from up north, and you need the protection. Very satisfied with the all around service here. Upon arriving they took my truck right in. The guy behind the counter took his time explaining the many options I had for tinting. One can definitely find a tint place for less money. Look for the cars with all the bubbles in the back windshield or it's peeling off. They didn't come here! We've all seen it...the flea market, cheap film, poor quality tint jobs. I've never had a single issue with any job Tint King has done. I already had over 50ft of 12 gauge speaker wire sitting in the car for the speakers to be wired, they hooked up the 2 battery's in the trunk decently but not pretty by no means then I had an appointment I had to go to before they finished, after they called me saying the car was finished this childish wiring is what I was greeted with, garbage electrical tape on all the connections, NEVER EVEN RAN THE SPEAKER WIRE TO THE SPEAKERS, they just tapped into the oem speaker wire from the amp with some BS 18 gauge wire they had laying around, then had the audacity to tell me my speaker wire was garbage and wouldn't work that's why they didn't use it, they also had the gain for my subwoofer on the dsp turned up +10 from the -14 I had it at originally before I brought the car to them, they also had the bass boost on the subwoofer amp turned up when I had it turned off, they even put a random screw into my amp board to try and clean up the rca's , the owner even had the balls to talk shit about my front bumper after I went back to complain, I didn't think this was Gino's body shop you retard , I brought the car here for a simple install not some unprofessional tards to mess my car up then talk shit about my front bumper and wouldn't even offer a partial refund or just be a smart business owner and apologize. Save your money and just go to Tito's Sound.

In addition to the doors and back windows, Steve suggested adding a clear tint to the front windshield, which I didn't realize was a thing, and, wow, it has made a ton the difference! Now getting into the car on a hot day is no problem at all. I can't believe I waited 3 years to get the tinting done! Service was quick, and Steve even offered to attach my dash cam to the front windshield after the 3-day curing was completed. I feel the prices are reasonable and competitive. You can't go wrong with Tint World!
