I have been going here for window tint for all of my vehicles, for years, the staff is always professional and they always do such a great job. Today I had to take my Dodge Challenger in to see if they could fix one of the racing stripes on the side of my car. I was literally in and out within 30 minutes, and Chico matched and designed the missing piece to my stripe and fixed it on the side of my car. I cannot express how thankful I am and what a great job he did. Everyone there is professional and helpful, and you have to check out the little refrigerator on the inside that's filled with beverages. It's the cutest thing ever. Excellent service and I will definitely be back again. So happy with my car!

We took my new Seltos in on a Saturday without an appointment. Frank greeted us and i guess we were lucky because he took my car right away since the person with an appointment had not arrived. My boyfriend had his car windows tinted here before so I was happy he knew of the company. When we walked in I saw exactly why he liked the place with all the nostalgic old school look about it! Plus everyone was helpful and friendly. We opted for a tint on my front windows which matched my rear windows and then had the front windshield covered with ceramic tinting which keeps the car much cooler and deflects the UV rays. It was ready in no time. We drove around today in 98 plus sun and heat. I can already tell the difference. Pricing was fair and I am happy with the results. It looks and feels great. read more

i had an issue with my radio that was installed a few years ago and my back up camera. I came in one day asked about the service how long it would take how much it would be immediately they were able to tell me when to give them a call , i got their car. i spoke with Chino he was very responsive, he told me I can call him and we would be able to talk about when to bring it in, I was able to come at 1PM on a friday, and believe it or not it only took 40min! not only am I still happy with the place, everybody so friendly, and after they figured out what the problem was they were able to show me exactly what was wrong and they explained it to me so now I have more on that aspect! 10/10 recommend this place to everyone! read more

I took my Porsche Panamera here to be tinted Based on the recommendation of a friend. My side and back windows turned out great so I returned a few months later to have the front window shield tinted as well. For whatever reason that one turned out a little blurry. I let the matter drag out though and didn't immediately contact the shop. When I finally did call them I was worried they were going to give me a hard time since a few months had passed. To my surprise however the owner quickly told me to bring my car in and not to worry and that he would takecare of it. And that he did. When I got there he quickly ushered me and actually apologized for the issue. He started on my car right away and quickly resolved the problem. My car now looks great and I have zero complaints. He also reminded me that I have a lifetime warranty so if anything changes I can always bring it back. I really appreciate their great customer service and the way they stand behind their products. Brought my new car in for tints, The gentleman who helped me seemed like a professional person who cared about his business. But, when I reveived my car back , I noticed window trim missing and called Brett to let him know but he didn't take accountability or care to fix the problem from a poor job that was done. I had the same experience as Hailie. Brought my new car in for tints. The gentleman was super friendly and seemed to care about his business until the final product came and I realized my passenger window trim was completely missing. I called to tell him about it and he said he had to call me back. He called me back and told me it wasn't him, it was missing when I got there. What poor customer service. I wouldn't have minded if he had told me about it and offered a solution but just to blame me and then make me have to deal with ordering, installing and paying for your mistake is not how you handle customers and potential regular clients. read more

Tint looks great. Went with the ceramic tint. Really feel the difference in heat transfer. Clean work. No mess left on doors or dash like other tint jobs I've had done. Owner and staff were professional and courteous. Highly recommend taking your car, boat etc for tint there. read more

Tint quality/clarity isn't good at all. Had one of my windows done and from the inside the outside looks blue. Had to go somewhere else to get it changed. Wasted $80. So definitely shop around. Good customer service tho. read more

Their tint is machine-cut, so the fit and finish are incredibly clean, with no unnecessary trimming on the vehicle. The final result looks fantastic. Will act super nice and knowledgeable at first to get you in the door, I came here in the first…read moreplace to only have 2 batteries hooked up to my existing car audio system in the trunk , then the guy who is the owner I suppose recommended that I have them hook up the 4 6x9 speakers I had running on head unit power to the 4 channel amp I already had sitting in the car waiting to be wired. I already had over 50ft of 12 gauge speaker wire sitting in the car for the speakers to be wired, they hooked up the 2 battery's in the trunk decently but not pretty by no means then I had an appointment I had to go to before they finished, after they called me saying the car was finished this childish wiring is what I was greeted with, garbage electrical tape on all the connections, NEVER EVEN RAN THE SPEAKER WIRE TO THE SPEAKERS, they just tapped into the oem speaker wire from the amp with some BS 18 gauge wire they had laying around, then had the audacity to tell me my speaker wire was garbage and wouldn't work that's why they didn't use it, they also had the gain for my subwoofer on the dsp turned up +10 from the -14 I had it at originally before I brought the car to them, they also had the bass boost on the subwoofer amp turned up when I had it turned off, they even put a random screw into my amp board to try and clean up the rca's , the owner even had the balls to talk shit about my front bumper after I went back to complain, I didn't think this was Gino's body shop you retard , I brought the car here for a simple install not some unprofessional tards to mess my car up then talk shit about my front bumper and wouldn't even offer a partial refund or just be a smart business owner and apologize. Save your money and just go to Tito's Sound.

This was an easy decision to agree upon,due to the fact that we had utilized their services on our Lincoln Town Car quite a few years ago, and found the quality of the work to be superb, as well as the prices to be excellent. The representative by the name of Elisse couldn't have been more pleasant, and accommodating to our specifications in regards to our vehicle. I had my windows tinted here about a year and a half ago. The rear window started to bubble and blur. When I brought my car back, the store was under new ownership. They said they would honor the lifetime warranty and they did! They replaced my rear window tinting in less than an hour. Great service and a very friendly owner!
