Also on the bid to install a new custom cut rubber over my rear roof of 44 feet that I already had the rubber on site. Mean time I had a leak in my garage called him back for a bid where he gave that was to use roofing tape in 9in. Hired him to do this first. Paid the upfront material that were well over the true cost. Fast forward he comes over and cuts my 44ft rubber and uses it on the garage!!! I called him when I came home, and he said his mistake he'll replace it and use the rest on other jobs and apologized. I told him could have use on Lehman and he can bid that job for the cut rubber after he competed the 2nd job. Well after paying him he avoids all my calls and text on the used matarial. He also has encrypted text on his phone, so I didn't make a copy of the insurance he has. Anyone that has that can you please text me.(my number is in images) In addition to all of this the garage leaks still, and I now can't even make a claim on his insurance.
