Apparently if you question her diagnosis after years of failure, you lack incite and therefore have mental illness of her prejudice. I stop seeing her and have had a few psych's after her and finally am better under a different cluster of disease categories. Maybe it was covid or maybe it was her lacking incite into her own ego. Sometimes one diagnosis doesn't work better than a list. I'm glad I found a new psychiatrist that listens and doesn't gaslight. I wanted to write a formal letter from my lawyer but it's literally not worth it. Medicine is a practice; hope she improves.

No one or no company is perfect, but how they handle issues speaks volumes and these guys did it right. ------------------ I called for a routine thing - transitioning my ADHD medication from one state to another following a move. I have been taking this medication successfully, at the same dose, for over 20 years. It's no big deal right? Wrong. After a 30 minute conversation they decided I am possibly not ADHD at all(spoiler: I am), think I may have a completely different condition (that my fabulous therapist of 10+ years and previous psychiatrists missed apparently), and declined to transition my medication unless I was treated for said other condition first(not simultaneously). The fact that this medication is basically required for me to do my job is I guess not that important? I am not upset, but the experience was bizarre, and the priorities were way out of order. It is their right to do so, but it's also mine to record my complaints about my experience.

I found Fulfilled Care with a simple search and my provider Alexis Ayar came to my rescue to assist me since my home state provider was not able to prescribe over state lines. Each visit was excellent. I was treated with kindness and courtesy, in addition to being thoroughly assessed. She uses the same treatment regime for all patients without discussing side effects. They tout concierge medicine but it is nothing like it. I would recommend avoiding her. I've debated on writing this review because I truly believe Liliya has genuine care for patients…read more However, when thinking about the misguided medical advice and hundreds and hundreds of dollars I spent, I feel the need to strongly advise women 35 and older to avoid her practice.  I don't want anyone else to waste time and money like I did.  I came to Liliya in an attempt to find relief from extreme anxiety, weight gain, gastrointestinal issues, and migraines. After many months of following Liliya's treatment plan, which included expensive cleanses, supplements, hair tests, pellets, and sound bites on top of her monthly fee, I was no better.  Enough was enough. I had to find more adequate care to find out what I had already suspected, my symptoms were due to menopause. I had mentioned this suspicion to Liliya but she blew me off.  Liliya's approach was fragmented, focusing on individual symptoms rather than addressing the underlying hormonal imbalance.  The whole reason I came to a holistic doctor was to have my body looked at as a whole, and Liliya was not doing this.  I remember Liliya saying that I had "so many different symptoms" that she needed to focus on what was bothering me most first.  Well any medical practitioner who knows anything about menopause would recognize every one of the symptoms I was experiencing as menopause. We're not talking about some obscure disease that no one has heard of.  We are talking about menopause. A period of life that every woman goes through if she lives long enough. With the symptoms I was experiencing, this should have been one of the first, if not the very first thing ruled out before going through the crazy litany of potions she continued to sell me for months on end.
