I got checked in, made the payment ( 130 office visit, X-ray 75) and was in a chair to be examined in under 20 minutes. Everyone was friendly, very helpful. The equipment was brand new, floors and facility spotless, and had a 'millennial tan' decor. The radiologist and doctor were both extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient, and I received a diagnosis and full treatment in what seemed like less than an hour.

The receptionist was rude and talked over me, and they unnecessarily ran my insurance even though this was employer-paid. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield through my employer and my primary care providers are within Corewell, so that made even less sense. Poor coordination and unprofessional customer service. The next morning I had to go to the ER at my work to get antibiotics for the right side swelling I had in my face that I told Tim was going to happen.
