I had never been there before and was unfamiliar with the process, but the woman at the desk to the right of the entrance seemed completely uninterested in helping me. She sighed loudly when I asked a simple question, had an obviously bad attitude, and wouldn't even make eye contact during the entire interaction. No greeting, no basic courtesy--just cold, dismissive energy. For a business that serves the public, that kind of treatment is unacceptable. Customer service clearly isn't a priority here.
