We then followed up several weeks later, only to be rudely told that there are no spots available until March of next year. Obviously, as this has been our experience with this organization thus far. I have no interest in leaving my son there. Disappointed, sure, but I'm glad I learned what type of operation they have now rather than in the future.

Any unopened shampoos, soaps, body wash etc you have is welcome here. They are also always happy to receive baby and toddler related items. So if you find yourself cleaning out a bathroom cupboard or moving on baby things, pass by here and drop them off.

Communication with family is extremely lacking. Family is not informed of emergency situations such as ER visits. Most residents rely on medication. I don't understand how a resident can run out of their prescriptions, then subsequently suffer because of it and the ARC not perceive this as a problem. Many of the staff are wonderful, caring individuals but something is obviously wrong if there is constant turnover and a severe lack of communication. have to ask - what is upper management doing or not doing?

Before enrolling here, we have been to couple of day care, out of all , this was came out as better than others. The Director, Asso. Director both are very kind and professional. They would do best to accommodate your request. Since this is franchised establishment so it does come with few pros and cons. Pros such as ease of online payment facility, a friendly mobile app sharing all activity of your child instantly as that happens, transparent and quick communication with teachers, as far as cons are concerned, like other corporate establishment it does regulated by policies where center has little to no influence so at times even folks want to help they simply can not. Our kid is only 3 month old so can't have his feedback on how he has been taken care during his stay, but he seems content once we are home from there so I guess he's finding it quite okay. Looking forward to see our kid grow here and would update this review once he has started talking. :-)

Always a terrific child, youth, teen and young adult, the experience here was foundational in paving the way to a brilliant life and future. Odd. My daughter was informed that if her children even exhibited a slight tendency towards sickness......STAY AWAY!!! It all sounds good, it all looks good, you want to believe it is good, but...in this pandemic world things are just not as they once were. Staffing is clearly a problem everywhere. The solution may have to be raising the pay of the very wonderful people who work directly with the little ones. Something has to be done to incentivize people to stay here. In our case my daughter went on the waiting list for her yet to be born child 6 months before he was even here. She was taking all of her allowed leave so she wasn't going start him until 5 months old. She started on the agreed upon date and after 2 weeks they "unenrolled" him, with literally no notice, from DoodleBugs. It took a call to corporate to be told it was due to staffing. No other suggestions for where to go or what to do. Just told on a Monday that he wasn't able to be part of the infant room. I don't know how a reputable business thinks this ok. It really is a sad day when you think you can trust a place with your BABY and this is how it is handled. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. And discuss how situations like this might be handled. Because clearly doodlebugs is not run by competent, caring people who can communicate to parents.
