My family has now purchased five vehicles from this location, and every single one has turned out to be a lemon. Not one -- all five. Within three months of purchase, each vehicle began experiencing serious mechanical issues, some to the point of being completely undriveable and unsafe. What's worse is that these issues have persisted despite multiple visits back to the dealership. Each time, we're told the problems are resolved -- and each time, the cars are returned to us in the same or worse condition. This is not only unacceptable, it is deceptive, negligent, and unethical. This dealership has a clear pattern: * They hold vehicles for days or weeks with no resolution. * They claim repairs were made, only for the same issues to immediately resurface. * They offer no accountability or lasting solutions. It's one thing to have one bad experience -- it happens. But five failing vehicles in a row from the same place? That's not misfortune -- that's a deliberate disregard for integrity and for the safety of the customers they claim to serve. If you care about your family's safety, your hard-earned money, and your peace of mind, I strongly urge you to take your business elsewhere. Dropped my vehicle off for warranty work, tire change and alignment. 2 days after dropping my vehicle off for the SCHEDULED appointment they called and told me to pick up my vehicle because they do not have time to work on my vehicle for any of the SCHEDULED work. You can purchase an $80,000 vehicle from them and have your vehicle serviced there but they don't have time for SCHEDULED work. They are too busy maintaining their fleet vehicles to care about all their other paying customers jobs. The service manager, Mark Soupik, had nothing to offer other than they are "sorry they are too busy to maintain my vehicle". I called to make sure the vehicle was available and was informed it was. I traveled almost 90 minutes to look at the vehicle and after the typical back and forth with agreeing on a trade and purchase price, we made an agreement. They were quick to have me switch over my car insurance and then made me wait for the business manager to sign the paperwork. After about 10 "hes almost ready for you" and me waiting over 90 minutes, they tell me that although the car is advertised, they actually cant sell it because they dont have a title. They wanted me to come back but couldnt say when they would have the title. They wanted me to give a deposit though. Completely misled me, wanted to hold money, and extremely poor customer service.
