This took some "special rigging" on their parts because these players are not normally installed in this manner. Jason had me bring my vehicle back the next day and made it work! This company does not know what they are doing. It's a bunch of boys who don't come to work on time, as I had to wait for them when I had appointments. It lists their hours 9-6 but no one is there until at least 10:30. They are very unprofessional as when I went to pick up my car the last time, I met the 4th or 5th owner and he had me parked outside in the dark, in a tree. I couldn't even see what they did as it was dark & the drivers side had a tree on it, I could hardly get in my car! They told me I could bring it back for free anytime something happened to it in the future but I never want to deal with them again. Total nightmare!

Very bad experience at this shop…read more The wife of the owner asked me to sign a document relieving them from any liability concerning the installation of a new windshield in my car. I refused to sign the document at which time I was told I had to sign the document, that I had "no choice". I refused to sign the additional document that they had prepared. I simply wanted my cracked windshield replaced. The owner and his wife then jointly acted very unprofessionally by threatening me and repeating that I "had to" sign the document. I again refused and asked them if they were refusing to release my car. The $100 had been paid and the insurance company had covered the rest. I was asked to leave the property and never return. I would suggest that you join me and never, ever, patronize this business.

I drove around with a crap windshield and a glued on aftermarket rearview mirror for weeks until I found Superior. Tawnya in the office was a pleasure to work with - extremely responsive! The guys that came to my home to install my windshield were my heroes! They took less time than the prior company, installed my windshield flawlessly, and were both professional and a joy to deal with. I cannot say enough good things about Superior and would very much recommend them!
