I was sure to be upfront about this because I know how hard it is to get the light hair out of the black interior. I requested a full interior detailed cleaning and a simple exterior wash. Not only did they provide prompt service, and the owner, Jamil, is very friendly, kind, and a pleasure to deal with, the amount charged was what we agreed to over the phone - which made me very happy. Other shops have always left some wax residue which really showed up on such a dark vehicle but at Diamondmill there was no residue and the it was so shiny and smooth when they were done. They even got some of the minor scratching to disappear. They have indoor facilities so they are not trying to apply wax to a hot car finish out in the sun. There is really nothing that they could have done to make look any better. I was very pleased and will never wax it myself again.
