(Out-of-State Purchase)…read more I've been searching Autotrader, craigslist and Facebook marketplace for a couple months now looking for another heavy duty vehicle for my newly started business. I've never used a auto broker before and was skeptical this would go smoothly as I usually try to have friends or family check vehicles out for me but we all know how that can be. I found VPS on Yelp and after doing some research by visiting his website along with the many reviews on Google/Yelp I decided to take the plunge. I contacted Dave via text late on a Saturday and was texted back that same night. He ask for a link to the vehicle I was interested then without asking pulled the Carfax of the truck and showed that it had been in a minor accident. We discussed more and I decided I was serious and ready to make the purchase. Dave swiftly took over and made an appointment with the seller, scheduled a basic vehicle inspection that included a diagnostic check as well as 10-20 photos of the body and undercarriage including a short video of the engine idling that I specifically requested. I then proceeded to negotiate a price with the seller that we eventually locked in. I was able to send the funds directly and securely witch gave me added piece of mind. Dave met with the seller got all the paperwork taken cared of (notary, title, bill of sale, etc) as well scheduled/coordinated a new windshield replacement that the seller agreed to take care of prior to selling me the vehicle. Lastly Dave was able to clean, prepare and store the vehicle safely till we could schedule shipping to me. Dave went above and beyond my expectations! He was willing to help with whatever was needed. Reliable, friendly, vehicle knowledgeable and great communication. This was the smoothest out of state purchase I have ever done. I will definitely use vehicle purchasing service in the future. They were super easy to work with and there seemed to be a lot of different selections. One thing to be very aware of is that most of the vehicles on their lots are "buybacks". This means that they are cheaper but they could be considered a lemon and it may be hard to sell or have some issues that come down the road. Of course, there could be nothing wrong with it as some states have very lenient return laws so that the buyback could be for the smallest thing. Just make sure you know what you're getting into as you look for your car here. Of course there's nothing wrong and nothing but. Just want to make sure proper information is provide for you yelpies!

He lets you know up front everything that he will do and what is expected of you. All agreements are in writing. This gave us peace of mind. Brandon takes possession of the vehicle, repairs it if needed, details it, estimates the best sale value, takes photos, and markets the vehicle. We did not have to do any of that. Our vehicle had been sitting for two years and it was important that all worked perfectly. Brandon handles everything. We also had a lien on the vehicle which presents a problem for possible sellers who are looking for a clean title and immediate possession of the title. Brando worked with us and the prospective buyers so that this was understood by both parties. Brandon was able to develop trust with the buyer that created the opportunity for the lien to be released and the new title to be delivered to the buyer. Brando was successful on all fronts.
