    sold me a car and it wasn't disclosed it was in an accident. Jonas Ash is horrible, bad temper and tantrums. make promises they can't keep

    ASH automotive, Carrie works the front of the house, Jonah was the first person that I interacted with, he was great, he introduced me to his brother. Andrew, took off from there to find me my perfect car. Andrew asked me some questions, things I wanted, things that I did not want, things that were important. I felt that I no longer needed 4 Wheel Dr., I didn't care about a sunroof, but I love the color blue. In a matter of time, he was on the computer, researching, he found me my blue car, tan leather interior. This is my kind of company, they have great morals, integrity, they do business in a handshake. If you can't do business that way, you shouldn't be in business! I not only WOULD I RECOMMEND them, every recommendation they do business with, have been stellar and they do business the same way. I'm glad that I've found you two.

    Buyer Beware . Don't do it . I bought two cars June last year . Both cars have had the same issues. Evaporator core needing to be replaced. Coolant leaks . Car corrosion and rust issues . Here are some pictures of what my car looks like with orange rust and corrosion. I'm from Florida , so that's not normal to us . My car is in the shop again for car a/c problems , getting the evaporator core replaced for a second time and this time the actuator needed replacement as well . Sure they give you warranty , but these problems started happening within two months of owning the cars . Both cars also needed breaks replaced ( apond arrival) Had you told me it was just one car , but both cars!. Now my driver side seat belt retractor is broken . I have owned many cars in my life , I have never had so many issues . Buyer beware ! Not to mention the car paint problems both cars had , you can see on the photos of the website make the cars look great, but if you are out of state you are trusting them to not be shady !. My whole front on my car needs paint . Lesson learned !! If you are from out of state , DO NOT BE FOOLED by the website . both cars have a negative equity of $10,000 , so we are stuck!!! car problems keep on coming . I wish I would have waited . WORST car experience ever!!! ^*^^^ In response to the reply from the owner , both cars continue needing to go to the shop for repairs !!!. As towards the blame towards the transport company both cars arrived with the car windows up . What is the explanation for both cars having a/c problems, and coolant leaking problems . ? There is only so much you can blame on the transport company !! Both cars continue to require mechanic work and we speak both cars are in the shop for repair work !! It's been a year this past June I got both cars !! Poor business !! I would never recommend your business for car purchasing . I can't imagine the $1000's out of pocket if not sold without warranty . The cars continue needing repairs and mechanic work leaving us carless weeks on end . If you told me one car , but "" both cars "" . For those of you reading from out of state , or even within state please research and check out the car properly , this is our terrible experience with two cars bought June 2023 . Not only are we negative equity but the cars are continuous needing to go to the shop for major issues . Leaving us each time two weeks without a car . I have receipts to prove . I would not recommend doing business with this company . BUYER BEWARE !!! run ....as of right now my car is in the shop going on a month and my daughters car is in the shop!!! Clearly a clean carfax is not enough ...

My appointment was today at 1pm and Luis was gracious, courteous, and made me feel as though I was a friend coming to visit. The experience took about two hours and then I was passed over to Joon Shin in finance. I usually dread dealing with the finance department as I have had negative experiences in the past. However, Joon was an absolute pleasure to work with and he made me feel very comfortable as though we knew each other already. I can't say enough about how professional and supportive these two gentlemen were, and kudos to Bell Lexus for onboarding great people like Luis and Joon. Thank you so much, I will be referring people to your dealership.

That was my first introduction to Eric R. as my service advisor, and he immediately made a great impression. The technician identified a few issues that needed attention, and instead of pushing to keep all the work in-house, Eric actually recommended I contact CarMax first to see if they would cover some of the repairs since I had just purchased the vehicle. That level of honesty and customer-first service was a welcome surprise. And to CarMax's credit, they did address some of the issues. For the remaining items, BMW North Scottsdale handled the repairs and did an outstanding job. Most recently, I needed to replace my windshield and already had a service appointment scheduled. I reached out to Eric to see if BMW North Scottsdale handled windshield replacements. While they don't, he gave me the contact information for Penske Rapid Repair and even suggested coordinating both appointments together to save me time. Unfortunately I couldn't make the timing work, but my service visit still went smoothly from start to finish. I usually wait at the dealership while my car is being serviced because the amenities are excellent. The downstairs waiting area has two coffee machines, snacks, free Wi-Fi, large TVs, plenty of tables, and comfortable seating. Upstairs there's another coffee machine and smaller waiting area, plus it's fun walking around the showroom checking out all the cars--especially the M and M Sport models upstairs. Even the parts department is worth browsing because it's stocked with BMW merch. One of my favorite things about their service department is the inspection video the technician sends showing exactly what they found on the vehicle. Eric also always takes the time to review the inspection results with me, including estimates for recommended maintenance, and he's great about answering follow-up questions honestly--especially when I ask whether something needs immediate attention or can wait. I also appreciate that most communication, including payment, is handled through text which makes the entire process incredibly convenient. Overall, this has consistently been one of the best dealership service experiences I've had, and it's the reason I continue bringing my car back to BMW North Scottsdale.

Over the past…read more10 years, the experience has declined to the point where it feels more like a basic, non-luxury dealership. They do not even offer bottled water to customers, and if you are transferring belongings from your old car to your new one, do not expect more than a Fry's grocery bag. I understand that customer loyalty does not mean much anymore, but it was still disappointing to feel nickel-and-dimed throughout the process. The initial trade-in offer was so low that I almost walked out. They also fixated on a tiny windshield crack on my trade-in, repeatedly insisting I file an insurance claim or pay out of pocket to replace it. This is hardly my first car purchase. I spent years in the automotive industry, and my grandfather owned a dealership for 40 years, so I understand how the business works. And if a dealership truly cares about its clients and their experience, it should not operate this way. To be fair, my salesperson was very nice and seemed like a genuinely good employee so I have no complaints about him personally. My frustration is with how the dealership itself is being run. I love my X3, but going back to BMW North Scottsdale for either service or sales is extremely unlikely.

We did not. - When I asked how the price jumped. $12,000 he said "oops I hit a wrong key, let me fix that" he then said they charged $1,899 for things the dealership added and couldn't be removed in order to get the car ready for sale. Well, that's not my concern- that's dealer prep. I don't pay for that- that the cost of doing business for them. I was shopping online and he told me the prices online on their website is not the TRUE selling price but a guesstimate. Because they were making no money on financing or add ons he said the price changed online. I went online figuring to pay for a car , taxes, license, doc fee ( questionable) but in the end - after fixing his mistake from above still had tacked on $6,000 to the online price . At that point I was more than done with his lies and Right Honda. I have so much more to say but I'm exhausted from all the back & forth with much of that making No SENSE. The breakdown given me changed three times never for added items . When he thought he had an interested car buyer he thought he had a SUCKER ! Stay FAR away from RiGHT HONDA---

    This was the absolute worse experience my husband and I have gone through at a car dealership. From…read morethe very beginning the communication through phone, text and in person was awful. Our first sales guy George was supposed to follow up with my husband the next day regarding the numbers he was running for us and instead contacted me after he was told I was going to be busy, then when my husband tried following up there were no responses but I kept getting texts. A few days later (Tuesday) my husband went through True Car to find another Jeep and Karlo from Airpark reached out to us to make a deal on the same car. My husband went back and forth between Karlo and George since they pulled him back into negotiations. They settled on a price and they were trying to get us to come in that day but we couldn't come in until Thursday. We made an appointment time to come in and pick it up and sign the paperwork. We got there at 5pm and long story short we ended up walking out a little after 7:30pm after waiting over 2 hours for the finance guy, Mike, who was sitting in his office with a lady the whole time- legs crossed, several cups of coffee laid out across his desk, laughing and just chatting it up, no documents being signed. Meanwhile, we kept being given excuses that it's a lot of paperwork and that they were short finance people who were out sick. This is after we were told it would be about a 15-20 minute wait because there was one person in front of us. As we started walking out and telling them this was absolutely ridiculous they told us that we can sign the docs via docusign and they would drive us the car and pick up our trade. We said fine, he had my email to send it to. Ryan Hrabe, one of the GM's, called us that night apologizing and telling my husband that he would call at 8:30am on Friday after he found out more as to what happened. Friday at 8:30am comes and no call. Finally, at around 10am my husband tried calling George, Karlo and Ryan Hrabe to see what was going on because we still were not sent the contract. Nobody answered the call or returned a follow up text. Instead, randomly at 11am I get a text saying the paperwork would be sent over shortly. At noon i sent a followup text stating I still didn't receive the paperwork and asked what is going on. I got no response until I got a call at 3pm by Karlo asking my for my drivers license and insurance card. I told him that George took copies the night before when we signed the preliminary documents and told him I did not feel comfortable and would not be sending copies of it again to his personal cell number. I told him to find the copies they made and he said no problem. Finally, the documents were sent and when I opened them there was no contract and the only paperwork was the preliminary documents I signed the night before but this time half the the sheets weren't even filled out! At this point I reached out and told them the deal was off. They tried making more excuses and I got another call later to which I did not respond. If possible avoid this dealership if you want a positive car buying experience. For perspective-the next day we went to Earnhardt Ford in Chandler and from getting out of our car to driving away with a new Bronco- we were done in 2 hours. That includes, learning about the Bronco, being shown all different models, test driving it, negotiating, signing documents, having the car detailed and then adding running boards. In addition, the communication was fantastic, professional and there was no pressure throughout the whole process.
