Dan was super flexible in getting the car checked out and giving me a price, then allowing me to drop it off in the morning a few days later to pick it up later that afternoon since my work conflicted with getting it fixed the first day I dropped it off. I was a bit late in picking it up due to a ride issue, which ended up working out okay because the part I needed hadn't arrived yet. I did wait a while in the shop to pick up my car, but Dan was nice enough to give me a discount on the bill. The extra time I spent there wasn't really a big deal at all. They also did my friend's head gasket and timing belt repair on his Subaru about a year ago at the same time as my last review and did a fantastic job for a really good price. More recently, they fixed a part of my friend's electronics in his car in about an hour or so. Overall have been having pretty good experiences here and the mechanics are always very open to telling you what you should or shouldn't get fixed. I send all my friends over to Dan the Car Man!

When I went to pick up my car I was overcharged by $300 dollars, which he claimed was a storage fee. He never told me about this fee when we spoke numerous times on the phone. If he would have I would have had my car towed somewhere else. When I tried to have a civil conversation about the price he started using obscene language and threw me out of his shop. This place does subpar work, is dirty, littered with beer cans, and over-charges. People should avoid this place at all costs.

My insurance company wrote me a check for the amount of money my car was worth and, even though it was declared totaled, Tom used that money to fix my car AND even worked the deductible into the repair cost. And on top of that, he even fixed several rust spots on the car. The work done was PERFECT. I'll be posting pictures. Five stars, two thumbs up, 10/10. I HIGHLY recommend this repair shop!
