I had my policies from my other company, and she quoted me with the exact same coverage, and to my surprise she saved me 47% on my car insurance and about the same on my home coverage. Needless to say I switched that very hour. I was treated with utmost respect and walked away saving nearly $2000.00 a year. You can bet I am happy and very satisfied with the service. I needed to make a change on my auto policy and my call was directed to a lady named Lupa. After phoning ahead and being…read moretold when to come in to the branch for a quote I arrived to find the agent had rebooked her schedule and told to "come back another time" I guess I have all day for them, but they didn't have 5 minutes for me. Both the front desk agent and the insurance agent were rude and shocked that I just wouldn't "come back another time" ?? The attitude was disgusting and clearly they have no respect for clients time (or money) I wouldn't use them if they were the last business on earth...oh ya...they're not, good thing there's lots of insurance companies to chose from!

"We would like stops every 3 hours (approximately) along the 401 & the Trans-canada hwy. on the way to NB. at the nearest Enroutes to my 3 hours timeline to (fuel up/ washrooms & eat) Any questions please email me. Thank you so much" When you ask for a Trip Tik on line it tells you any less than 10 days, you have to do it yourself on line, otherwise the local branch will fo it. I gave them 10 weeks notice & get an email after submission that it will take 5 weeks to do??? Today is the end of the 5 weeks.. Know what I received...!?@#%^ Nothing I couldn't have done myself on Google Maps, Map Quest or their own site. Not 1 Enroute location calls up in the written booklet or map. I'd expect this shit service from "Karen's Travel & Emporium" but not a huge company like CAA. WHAT A COMPLETE JOKE! What the hell took 5 weeks? On the positive side ..I guess I can do it myself...I still have 5 weeks? The question is...since CAA did half the job shouldn't I get back 1/2 my "CAA Premium" membership of $172/ yr. back? The service was amazing and the…read moreinsurance agent that helped me was so patient and helpful, explaining everything in detail and making sure I received all discounts for being a CAA member etc.. The rates seem very reasonable that I didn't even shop around. They have plenty of bundles and packages that save you $$. I am very pleased with my experience and glad to have CAA insurance now. It is also located next to the Ontario license and registration office, so convenient.
